The hotel is located near the Old Town and is quite comfortable, with cozy beds, friendly staff, and cleanliness., wery good WIFI. The sauna and pool were fine but were only open until 8 PM. Overall, the stay was decent, but I expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel.

I was disappointed by the lack of an iron in the room, even though it was listed as an amenity in the booking information. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, and no tea or coffee was provided. In the lobby, there was no option to make these yourself, and they were only available for a fee in the restaurant. The air conditioning could not be controlled by guests, and we had to ask the reception to adjust it. The gym, which was quite small, consisted of two treadmills, a bicycle, a bench, and a few dumbbells.

The suite was outstanding with plenty of room including a sofa, two large arm chairs a desk and desk chair. More than enough room for clothes and luggage. It was a modern hotel on a hill overlooking the old town. Being on the sixth floor the wrap around balcony had magnificent views over Mostar. The breakfast room was pleasant, but the range of food was limited. Evening meals were cooked to order and they were good. There was an indoor swimming pool, spa, exercise and massage rooms. There was plenty of parking and the hotel could be reached without driving through the city centre. The hotel was within a short steep walk of the famous Mostar Bridge and the Kajtaz House. The staff were super efficient in quickly organising a car to take us to Dubrovnik in Croatia when our planned transport unexpectedly failed to materialise.

The hotel catered for tour groups but the elevator could only accommodate two guests with luggage or four friendly people without bags. This required some cooperation and caused some delays.

First time traveller to mostar. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Excellent location within walking distance of all the attractions and rich in history. The hotel is situated on a mountain and the views from our balcony were spectacular. Staff were exceptional. Polite and very helpful. Special thanks to the manger who went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Perfect hotel for your stay in Mostar.

I was happy with everything

The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The spa offer was okay- two saunas and a pool (hammam was not working). The room was spacious, but it lacked some amenities the other rooms had. Overall a nice experience. I would come back again.

For me it wasn’t a problem, but the steep incline towards the hotel is not accessible to older people or someone with disabilities- just a note to keep in mind when booking.

Room was clean and very nice. Good location and close to the old market. Hotel staff was nice and very helpful.

Minor disrepair in the spa area. Couldn't enter pool area in the evening since it was full. Though staff was flexible and let us use the sauna section. Finnish sauna not really a real Finnish sauna since throwing water on the kiuas (heater) was not allowed which is the whole point of the Finnish sauna.

The Eden was situated just outside of the old town of Mostar with a nice swimming pool and parking. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very well prepared and organised.

The walk back to the hotel is quite a stretch up the steep hill from the town as it was very hot (35 degrees+) when we visited, not an issue for the hotel but best to be aware of it in advance. We certainly enjoyed the pool after the walk.

The hotel is quite new and in good shape. It's located just above the old town and famous bridge, however with summer temperatures closing to 40 degrees, we choose to drive to town. The rooms are big and clean with all needed facilities. We met a nice Bosnian waiter, who was very chatty and quite a character - an asset to this hotel. But the biggest plus was its small but beautiful pool with a view over the city. The pool has a moving roof so it can be opened up if needed. And it looks and feels great. This is a good place to cool off overnight while traveling or stay for a few days to visit the city and its surroundings.

There is not much not to like. Perhaps extremely hot weather (but the rooms do have a good AC). The restaurant is decent, but a bit on the expensive side.

Position of hotel over the hill just near Serbian Orthodox church it s amazing, you can get balcony with awesome view over Mostar panorama. Room are medium size, comfy bed, air conditiong working good and bathroom it s really design. Breakfast it s good and tasty, Ustipci are especially great and Balkan small dessert. Price is great deal especially now when Mostar is getting busy. Reception staff is helpful and friendly

Dont look too muvh in details, you ll be disappointed. Bathroom looks amazing but then after a while you ll feel stink from shower pipes... ( there s work during my stay you could hear with opened window) guess try to fix trouble. With closed window muvh better. If you coming here for spa, dont... i mean it could be great or was, but now is kind of run down, for example shower near pool, one turkish bath is not working, and gym facilities are almost all out of order, you can use free weights if you re gymholic... Staff is ok even if not always so joyfull ... anyway you re not in Us and sometimes you csn expect Balkan service from servers and cleaning ladies, when you know it s hard to find hotel staff in this moment you can apologize.

Lovely hotel and Spa staff. Recommend a visit to the spa area. Massage performed by certified physiotherapists. Hotel guests receives a 10-20% discount. The hotel is modern, clean and in a good location close to the old town ( the climb back to the hotel could be problem for people with walking difficulties). Also do not miss to order the domestic ( Turkish) coffee at the hotel. Far better than what I was served in the old town. Wi-Fi worked fine and the hotel provides free parking.

Noice from the old town music bars late at night if you have rooms facing the town. Did not bother me, though.

Room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. Within walking distance of the old city and bridge. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was OK.

Bathroom was cramped and shower did not drain properly. There was no kettle in the room.
