For the price, this hotel is everything we could have hoped for. Beautifully modern, well laid out rooms with Smart TV, fridge, kettle etc. We stayed as a family of 4 and would certainly return if we were ever to visit Mostar again. The bar is VERY reasonable (2 bottles of beer, 1 red bull, 5 soft drinks = £11.40!!) and the food looked good too. Special thanks to the bar staff and reception staff who were extremely helpful. They even called a taxi for us to get us into the old town when we needed it. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Nothing to 'dislike' but a few things to be aware of. While the location is fine (a mile or so outside of the old town) some may wish to stay closer to the old town. A taxi 1 way was only 4/5 Marks or 2/3 euro during the day and 7 Marks or 4/5 euro at night, so you'll be fine. The breakfast was just ok, perhaps not best suited to those used to British/Irish style. The coffee was good though and the restaurant is so cheap you'll not go hungry (£2 for an omelet!) Parking could be an issue depending on the time of day as it's just on the road outside the hotel. When we arrived there were only a couple of spaces left. A/C was just about keeping the room cool enough (it was 35 outside when we were there!)

Clean, new looking, comfortable hotel. There is a restaurant that is open till 11pm. Great food, reasonable prices. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They helped us with laundry, which was a life saver. Super convenient, has free parking if you come with a car. There are supermarkets close by away from the city center so that was also nice. All in all was a nice stay.

These have nothing to do with the hotel per se, but good to keep in mind: 1- The hotel is 3km away from the old bridge, but there is no pavement to walk, so you need a vehicle. 2- At the time of writing, smoking indoors in Bosnia appeared to be legal. Dining indoors is really hard as nonsmokers. You also end up reeking like smoke since there are usually no open windows. Plan accordingly. 3- Before May there is no AC. The central system keeps rooms room temp and if you fiddle with the unit you get hot air blasted. Learn from our mistake. Enjoy the room temp :)

Modern and well kept hotel. We had a room facing the main street, but weren't disturbed by any traffic noise (good soundproofing). The staff we dealt with was quite friendly, and spoke excellent English. They helped with providing information on local transportation, currency exchange, close by supermarket (just around the corner). The local #6 bus that goes into the Old Town area stops right in front of the hotel. They let us park our car in the adjacent garage. Wanting to get an early start, we were too early for the buffet breakfast, but had something from the regular menu. Very generous portions (could have had one plate for the two of us).

It was a bit further out of the centre than we thought. Still, felt very safe and quiet. Minor point, but our room had a terrace that was linked to the link room.

Location was perfect, not too far from old town. Free parking is a huge plus. very close to a big market and a bank in case you need to exchange currency. The staff at the front desk when we checked in is so friendly and helpful.

the location in a kinda industrial zone was a bit shocking at first glance, but it was no problem, except for the noise of the cars and trucks outside; good we had to get up early for our trip :)

Extremely nice, helpful and welcoming staff really adds value to the experience. Way more than one would expect from a hotel next to the main road.

It is a little hard to find the hotel as location is hidden behind some other buildings and the street is a very long one. So we found the place only by asking around. the address information provided could be more specific.

Staff was very nice, room was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional. The terrace is a nice private place, surrounded with a lot of plants, to rest and enjoy coffee. In summary, pleasurable experience!

There were not enough parking spots. Parking is very small. Sometimes there are few parking spots, sometimes there are not and we were forced to park further away from the hotel. There were no slippers present in the room, which is a downside.

Breakfast was included, and amazing for the price. They had some choices from a breakfast menu, and coffee was very good.

We took two rooms one was big the standard small the place is clean the breakfast was good the staff really nice they ask us if we want something that not in the breakfast and they can prepare it .the staff really helped us when we ask them it’s good place

It is worth to visit, although it does not have distinctive views, but its location is excellent. Close to the center of the city for those who have a car, the staff is extremely helpful and cheerful.

The place for breakfast is narrow with no ventilation and with a lack of a variety of food.
