Hotel je bio izvrstan. Čistoća je na najvećem nivou. Ljubaznost osoblja me impresionirala. G.Asim je bio od velike pomoći i strpljivo odgovarao na sva pitanja koja sam imala o mjestima za obići. Soba je bila na rangu svih najboljih hotela od 5 zvjezdica u kojima sam odsjedala u svijetu. Doručak je bio jako ukusan. Hvala HA Hotel i vidimo se opet!

Sve je bilo fantastično. Ne postoji ništa da mi se nije svidjelo. Odlično sam se odmorila, madrac je komotan, soba prostrana; preporučila bih svakom ovaj hotel.

We had booked two rooms, one was upgraded to a suite which was magnificent, large and very comfortable and the second room was large, very clean as well and comfortable. This is our second stay at the hotel and we would definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, with great recommendations of sites and restaurants. The indoor pool was warm and inviting. Overall an excellent stay, a little away from the old town but the free parking onsite was fantastic and it only cost us $5-$10 KM for a taxi to the old town depending on times of the day

- Very clean and lean hotel. Nothing fancy. Just as you will need. - New hotel with very nice design and furnitures. - Day shift is very friendly and supportive. - Parking is good. - Price/Performance is good.

- Night shift is not experienced and no empowerement. I have requested my beddings to be changed due to a stain and they said no housekeeping available during night shift. I said just give me a bedding and I will change. They let me change my own bedding but I felt that finding a new bedding was even a problem for them. - Some minor problems in room such as there is nowhere to hang hand towels in bath. Also shower screen is a mess and water is flooding all over the place. Not good for such new hotel.

I love everything, the room, the spacious parking lot, the friendliness of the staff, the hotel is still very new, location is good, just 6 minutes from old town. Breakfast is nice. I love love the warm water swimming pool! If you're wearing hijab, you can still swim here. The bathroom has floor heater, very nice!

The location was quite good as there was easy access to public transport, staff was amazing both at the reception and the restaurant. Breakfast was also quite good, overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

There is not much to dislike, I only hope they keep up the standard.

A very modern building and the hotel has only been open 5 months. Right from the exceptionally warm welcome at Reception to checking out in the morning all the staff were very professional. The bedrooms are small but perfect for one person with luggage. Heating worked well and was controllable,, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was compact with an excellent shower. The restaurant was well staffed and my pasta was OK but not as good as I expected compared with everything else. Parking was good too and the hotel is developing a spa complex which is not open yet.

Not very easy to find on GPS but arrived by a round about route on Google maps using directions on HA Hotel website. My one dislike was the guests smoking in the restaurant but this is Bosnia.

Everything was perfect. It's a brand new hotel, nice and polite hotel staff, very close to the old city center (5 min with car). Indoor swimming pool is very nice and clean. When I come to Mostar again, I will come back.

Actually, everything was excellent.

Everything was great, the hotel is clean, bed is comfortable and shower has great pressure. For me, that is the holy trinity of a good accomodation. Also, it was pretty cheap, but it was January, it will probably be more expensive in the high season. On a side note, food was actually great in the restaurant. Nothing spectacular or fancy, but actually best we had in Mostar.

More hangers in the closet and especially bathroom are needed. Breakfast was great but could be a bit more diverse.
