Location is great, the room was on the pedestrian road but night and morning noisy.

The bed was hard and not confortable

Staff was great, very helpfu and polite, room were small but cozy, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast as well. Hotel is well positioned if sigthtseeing around Old Town is of interest. They cook and offer local food and sweets wich are a great combo with local coffee, so it's a must try. You get what you pay for, Emen is to recommend for a visit to Mostar.

Only one thing I didn't like, but it's a gripe I have with a lot of hotels (most) today so it's not only Emen, is that they are using some kind of scent from air conditioning to make the room smell "nice", it's like a fabric softener.

I can't say enough about our fantastic stay at Hotel Emen! The location is absolutely ideal—right at the doorstep of the enchanting old town, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that Mostar has to offer. The hotel itself was wonderfully cozy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. A big thank you to Velid, who ensured every morning started off perfectly with a delicious and varied spread. We were celebrating our anniversary and asked for a special touch to our room. Maywa and the team went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience, setting up a beautiful and romantic room that exceeded our expectations. We also had the pleasure of taking a private tour arranged by the hotel. Omar, our guide, was exceptional—patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a fellow Liverpool fan, we had some great conversations along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Omar’s passion for his city and ensuring we had the best experience was clear from the start. The staff at Hotel Emen are genuinely some of the most hospitable people we’ve ever met. They take care of you like family, making sure every aspect of your stay is perfect. If you're visiting Mostar, this is the place to stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! We stayed here for three nights in mid/late September and I’d definitely recommend it for value and, most of all, it’s location. It’s on the main cobblestoned approach to the Stari Most - about two / three minute walk. Staff were helpful and accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags prior to check in and after check out. Breakfast was traditional Herzegovinian. A very small dish of… EVERYTHING! - Sweet and savoury. Our room on the first floor was large and had a huge terrace.

The only negatives were the decor, finishings and mattress quality of the bedroom could do with a little investment to bring them up to a contemporary standard. I’d have paid 10% more for that. Also, juice would have been good with breakfast.

The Bosnian breakfast was an interesting change from the usual hotel breakfasts I had on this trip. I liked the variety of items and the different spreads for the bread. The only thing I didn’t like was that the service of coffee was very limited to Bosnian coffee and that you had to pay extra if you wanted a basic cup of coffee. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better right at the heart of historic Mostar. Everything you want to see is very close by. Also, a very convenient parking lot was just down the street, which worked out great. Just make sure you have cash in the form of Bosnian marks to pay for the parking, because they don’t take credit cards.

The hotel seemed to be operated by the hotel restaurant’s waiters, which was a bit confusing and they seemed to be distracted with running the restaurant and the hotel seemed to be an afterthought. They need to have an assigned person always at the hotel check-in desk.

The location is amazing, being right in the Old Town and very close to Stari Most. Breakfast is hefty and is comprised of a variety of different items. The staff were welcoming.

It would have been nice if the mini-fridge didn't take up most of the area under the desk-like table in the room, so that a chair could be slid under it. The mugs in my room weren't the cleanest. The hot water in the shower is limited, so that's something to be mindful of.

Location was amazing, right on the spot to explore Mostar and it is totally worth it just for this. They also help with parking at a cheaper price which was also a big plus. The room in terms of size was good with beds for all 4 of us, it was quiet and clean. Staff were always helpful and very polite. Breakfast was really good:)

The hotel is a little outdated although it has a nice rustic look specially on the restaurant area. Our biggest dislike was really the smell of the room it was not nice.

The location is fantastic. It is in the cobblestoned section of Mostar and only a 1 minute walk to the bridge. Booking.Com said it was .9km away from “the center”, but it isn’t using using Old Town as the center of town, which is misleading. The rooms are clear and comfortable, and the service is unbeatable. The breakfast was quite a spread as well.

No complaints! The bathroom is small but clean. There is no elevator, but they helped carry our luggage upstairs.

Classical (I suppose) Bosnian B/fast with Bosnian Coffee and tea. Abundance of eggs, dried fruits, fruits, bread, jam, yoghurt, butter, etc.... Excellent Staff. Special mention to Semir, a professional and a gentleman. He even help me when I got a flat tired looking for someone to fix it. If we were neighbors I feel that we could be friends w/ him and his family. Fantastic view from our room. Walking distance to the old bridge and to the closest parking.

Maybe the beds could be improved in terms of comfort. A bit too hard. The soap should be refilled.

Great location in the very center, beautiful cozy rooms with modern bathrooms and air-conditioning. Super-delicious and rich breakfast, it had something for everybody. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our whole stay. They responded immediately to my emails and provided directions to a supervised parking near the hotel at a special rate for the hotel guests. They even helped us find clothes that we left behind and shipped them to us :-)
