We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Medjugorje. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying. But what truly made our experience stand out was the recommendation to use Ivan Vasilj for our transportation needs. Ivan was exceptional—kind, communicative, punctual, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. He drove us not only around Medjugorje but also to and from Croatia, including Dubrovnik. Traveling with my mother, I felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands. His local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations made our trip that much more special. I’m very grateful to the hotel for connecting us with Ivan, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone visiting Medjugorje—whether you’re staying at this hotel or elsewhere in the area.

The spa wasn't open the days we were there so just something to consider if that's what you're interested in. Didn't matter for our purposes!

Pretty much everything. So modern, clean and large open spaces. The spa facilities is the jewel in the crown

The restaurant was only available to pilgrimage groups. I was a solo traveler and couldn’t eat in the hotel restaurant which was disappointing as I had to walk in and out of town on an evening when I just wanted to relax after a busy day!

Spacious room with a lovely view across greenery. An immaculate bathroom, comfortable bed, good towels. Breakfast was plentiful with foods and drinks for most tastes in a large, bright dual aspect room. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. My clothing was laundered and returned the same day, beautifully ironed and hung in the wardrobe.

Absolutely nothing.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and most of the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and is made for kings.

Unfortunately the spa and massages are only between Wednesday and Saturday. During those days we found ourselves out an about all day and unfortunately we would always find time on the Monday or Tuesday but the spa was closed on those days. Unfortunately didn’t get to try the spa even once in an 8 night stay.

We had to run the taps a while to have a shower first night or so . It was better on third day . Did not normally offer a hot meal, only to large group bookings staying . We had to ask if there was enough food available . We were happy to eat elsewhere due to set menu not being our choice ,

In-room ironing set-up would be nice. Depending on timing, bus loads can make the breakfast buffet a challenge. Lukewarm water in the urn for tea/instant coffee (use the espresso machine hot water setting instead). Espresso machine not the greatest — cappuccino tasted a little salty for some reason.

Stayed here six years ago and would definitely come back again for a third time after this visit. Handily located between the church and apparition hill, with plenty of parking space and modern we'll equipped facilities. The breakfast is good and the hotel was very quiet so it was a relaxing retreat from the busier areas in Medjugorje.

Room wasn't as clean as I would have liked with some little spiders in the window and curtains. It also doesn't have tea/coffee making facilities which would be a nice addition.

I have been traveling for one month and my best stay yet. I upgraded to a Suite. It was spacious, had my own secure Wi-Fi, and the memory foam true king bed(not 2 twins pulled together) was dreamy!!!! I slept SO good here! Thank you! Also, free parking and easy to walk to Apparition Hill and St. James Church. Excellent breakfast! Staff so nice! Great stay!!!!

Wish my room refrigerator was stocked and I could just pay for what I took.

Very nice location. A short walk to the church and apparition hill. Also close to stores and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The rooms were simple but nice. We had a great stay.

I wanted to take advantage of the spa services. But they were closed Sunday through Tuesday. I had arrived late Saturday and left on Monday. Maybe next time.

Super clean and comfortable

Nothing … everything was really good, the only disappointment was that we told about our 25th Anniversary celebrated there and not even a complimentary gift, but this is not obligation just a courtesy to make guests happier.
