Pros: Location - easy to get to, some parking available for free, covered parking is charged, walking distance to restaurants, take out, shops Restaurant - connected to hotel along with popular coffee shop "Gradska Kavana" with great looking desserts, indoor restaurant & large outdoor dining patio, very good breakfast included with stay, (not just croissants and rolls, but eggs, ham, cappuccino, orange juice etc) Staff - pleasant, helpful, accommodating, good communication skills in English Safe in room for valuables Lots of available space in room for luggage to be out of the way To note: -carpets/paint could use a freshen up -price for value? closer to 3 star hotel -points for refillable shower gel in shower but no shampoo nor conditioner provided

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The service was spectacular - everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would rate this higher than 10+++++. The breakfast included was so delicious! I was thoroughly impressed with the selection. It was so welcoming to be greeted by Andrea’s lovely smiling face in the morning - she was super!! She is truly a delightful person! The front desk staff were kind and answered all our questions. The coffee was from a fancy machine. Great room - there were extra blankets to put on the bed for additional comfort. Spacious washroom and little balcony. I could go on and on and on regarding the exceptional service, cleanliness, and food. What an experience, I can’t wait to come back!!!!! Thank you Hotel Bigeste for this wonderful stay! I wish we’d booked longer than a week.

Breakfast was good, but don't wait for the last moment to get there, you might miss some of the goodies. Staff was polite and ready to assist. Hotel is right next to shops, restaurants and other places of interest.

A banging noise, as if some ongoing construction was done, during the day and late in the evening was quite annoying. They said that it was due to a faulty A/C system and that nothing could be done, at least not immediately.

We could use our room before official check in time without any early check in. Since we were attending a wedding we could get ready in time to join the place 30min drive. Breakfast is served no buffet that's very nice service. The coffee is also very good there. You start the day very relaxed receiving such an excellent breakfast service.

Excellent host, warm receiving, the room was more than what we expected for the price, the instalations are exceptional, the host even made sure that we took the intercity bus that had some time issues. We left with a very good impression and warm hearts. I highly recommend it!!

Hotel was in a really good location for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. We parked on the street as was free on sat night/sunday. There was a wedding happening so all of carpark was taken up. Wifi was good. Room was clean and good size.

The bed was not very comfortable.

Mattress was soft. The toilet bowl was too close to the door. It would have been better if the toilet bowl had been installed a bit further.

I like the room, big gym (hard to find) and the breakfast was really good. It's definetly a plus that you can check in anytime late in the night as well. I would stay there again

Everything was great

It’s not like negative but the one and only thing was the Parfum in the room. Not the smell , but it was way too much. Opened the balcony door and it was okay.

The location was very good and in the centre of town. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice view.

The shower head had to be held rather than being attached to the wall.
