The location was great. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything that we required. The breakfast was very good, and we dined there most evenings because the food was exceptional, with a great deal of choice. All the Staff were extremely efficient, and were always helpful, and keen to ensure we were happy with the service. They went above and beyond when we required Taxis booking. An exceptional hotel all around and we will definitely be staying there again.

Nothing to dislike.

It was only 10 minutes walk to St James Church and the centre of Medjugorje. There a supermarket directly across the road. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed and hotel staff went over and above to ensure when we arrived to the hotel our keys and rooms were available. The hotel is clean and fully air conditioned.

The only small complaint we have is the shower, it is a hand held shower.

The staff were all great; very professional, approachable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, the room was clean and comfortable and theswimming pool was fabulous.

Hotel Quattro is a very good location. We could stroll nto the centre in less than 20 min. The swimming pool was terrific. The restaurant was very good and the quality of the food and presentation was lovely. Hotel also had tea & coffee making facilities which was fantastic!!

The breakfast was good but maybe needs more selection in terms of fruit or yogurts.

This is a well run family business.Staff are extremely amenable /helpful and prompt which is an excellent business trait to have.It was a very clean hotel & good use made of the limited space there.

It is lacking a comfortable space one could enjoy in the evenings.It might be an idea to use the pool are by covering the pool by night and providing tables & comfortably seating areas for residents to enjoy.

Breakfast was buffet style and the food was very good. The lounge was pleasant enough and drinks were sensibly priced. The staff were excellent. Martino gave us a very warm welcome and the other staff, whose names I did not get, were extremely good as well. The rooms were a reasonable size and clean. The added bonus is that this hotel has a pool.

The location was good but you would need a taxi if traveling with an older person. The staff went above and beyond to facilitate us. The pool was beautiful and would be fabulous in the hot weather.

There was no lift so if traveling with an elderly person that would be difficult. The boiler for hot water in the breakfast room was very slow and trickled. Needs replacing. Breakfast room needs a toaster. More sweet options (pastries) for kids would be great.

Location,staff and view was excellent. Manager changed out mattresses to new ones during our stay. Breakfast was very basic and not much variety but acceptable for 3*. Room was quite small for three single beds but again acceptable for 3*. I would definitely stay again

It's the staff that made our stay so special. They are such an asset to this hotel...the hotel clean warm & comfortable. Loved my room with the balcony overlooking the immaculate pool. Pity the weather didn't cooperate (too cold for swims)!! Good variety of breakfast (hot/cold items but the bread alone :delicious! Had the tasty pizza too: inhaled it.. hope I can get a room there again on my next visit 🙏..

Beds are so comfy, didn't want to get up...

From the beginning the staff was very helpful and polite (aways worrying if you need something and if the stay is pleasant). The room is simple but very nice and super clean. The breakfast is simple but delicious! Medjugore is really unlike any other place on earth and this hotel improves the experience.
