Very nice staff and helpfull, clean room, very good breakfast, perfect localization, good aircondition. There is elevator, so it is goog for older people (only 8 stairs on ground floor). Comfortable bed, clean. The room was back side view, not from main street view, so it was very silent.

A little thing, hotel has two sided view rooms. In photos of my room on booking portal was picture with church view. It is no matter for me, but i like if every picture is about my room. Mabye it is a hotel and everyroom is similar, so the same pictures.

Breakfast was really good, and the location was perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to the church in a quiet area. The owner was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. We had a small issue with our booking, but she sorted it out quickly and personally, which made a big difference. The service was excellent, and I’d definitely stay here again. A solid 5-star experience!

Everything was great.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was friendly. The Breakfast was excellent. The location. was perfect in terms of proximity to the church and most of the spiritual activities in Medjugorje.

There was very little water available during our stay. Sometimes just drips from the shower. When I informed the staff, suddenly we had water. Later when I informed the manager, she said that the entire village was experiencing a water shortage. Well, ok, that is totally understandable, but best to inform guests about that in a message prior to their visit or on the first day, and perhaps offer a rebate on the price of the accommodation if there is little water available.

There are multiple things that we enjoyed while staying at Hotel Gloriija: 1. The location! 2. The amazing breakfast 3. The front desk help was superior in every way! Always with a smile! 4. The positive attitude and caring for our comfort 5. The attention to details and for the little things that make a difference (a sweet going away gift) 6. Helping with our suitcases 7. We were lost, and the owner walked to meet us in our car and rode with us back to the hotel to be sure we arrived 8. How quiet the hotel was. 9. The great air conditioner 10. Advice for things to attend, restaurants to eat at, and all activities at St. James. This is a family business and they treat you not only as a guest, but as family!

There’s only one thing - there was only one small garbage can in the bathroom. We would have liked one in the bedroom as well.

The owner is so nice and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, the service is accommodating and breakfast has lots of variety and is very tasty. A great place to stay! I will be returning. Thanks so much! :)

Hotel is spotless clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly - and went over and above to meet our requirements. Breakfast was really good each morning and the location was excellent to St James Church. Could not fault this hotel in any way. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Medjugorje. I highly recommend this hotel.

The owner was absolutely amazing. Very caring, thoughtful and considerate. Truly made the whole stay worth it. The hotel is located in a great place and it was clean and comfortable.

The Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of everything, the staff was more than happy to go out of their way to help and they were super friendly.

The hotel was so clean and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, it was lovely to come back to such a cosy tidy room.
