Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely welcoming, facilities were new and the hotel is nicely located - 5 mins to railway/bus station and 7 mins walking from the historic center. Sauna (reserve in advance!) made my evening.

I came at the end of the breakfast time and there was nothing to eat, but I guess it is better during the main hours.

Room was very clean and quiet, bed comfortable. The rooftop terrace with swimming pool was such a bonus, with loungers and bar ( which unfortunately wasn’t open), spa facility too. Ironing facility was very handy. Perfect location. Staff helpful.

The bar on roof top terrace wasn’t open due to staff shortages. But you could buy coffee etc downstairs and bring it upstairs. Or bring your own drinks I guess. We were given only one door card which was very unconvenient at times, we were promised another card when we asked but there was apparently problem with the system, it was only ready on our last day when we were leaving, so didn’t use it. Breakfast ok, it could be better. I will still come back to this hotel as I loved it - hope this feed back is appreciated so hotel can improve these little things.

The hotel is conveniently located, 5 minutes' walk from the coach station/train station and the bus stop to Blagaj Monastery. We purposedly avoided staying near the old town, as we did not want to be woken up early in the morning by the loud broadcast from the various mosques. Staff are friendly, but are not fully equipped with the information that tourists need.

The colour tone of the room is somewhat cyber look. It could be changed to more pleasant and warmer ones.

Great location. Easy walking distance to the Old Town and to the bus and train stations. Personalized service at breakfast including omelets. Quiet room despite being on main street. Not everyone spoke English but everyone made an effort to communicate. Persons at reception know their city well. Did not have time to try spa facilities.

Limited TV channels. No news channel in English.

Nice breakfast, very comfortable bed and opportunity to use additional bed options for 2 children. Very nice pool. Friendly stuff and overall good service…after recognition that we need as 4 person family more towels we got a lot of them for the 2nd day😂

Why it was not possible for o book the drinks on terrace to the room or pay by card? Absolutely unclear to me and I am sure this is reducing the income opportunity of the terrace bar minimum about 50-60%

The private parking very close to the entrance. The concierge helped me order a fine late dinner and delivered it to my room. The welcoming attitude of the employees was great!

There was nothing not to be liked. I highly recommend the place to my friends.

My room was almost luxuriously furnished and with some space to move around. The location is also rather good, just a few minutes walk from the tourist street leading to the famous old bridge.

The mattresses should be firmer. It’s also worth mentioning that beer (or any alcohol) is not served here as this is a Muslim-run property.

Hotel Pasha in Mostar was great in all aspects: The rooms are celan and serviced on daily basis. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. I would like to extend my thanks to both Amna and Dani for their welcoming and helpfulness during my stay in the hotel. The breakfast offred with the room booking is great. The location of the hotel is also good as it is near the old town and it takes 7-15 minutes to walk to the old bridge in Mostar. My plan was to stay in Mostar for 3 days and I extended my stay for a fourth day in the same hotel. If I am coming to Mostar again in the future I would definitely stay at Hotel Pasha and would recommend it to my friends visiting Mostar.

Check out time is bit early compared to some hotels in Sarajevo. It would be great to extend the breakfast time by an extra hour; i.e from 07:00 - 11:00 instead of 07:00 - 10:00

The room was very modern and comfortable. It was great to have the swimming pool on the roof though the bar area wasn’t open this early in the season (early May). A free beauty treatment was offered but unfortunately the attendant was not available during our stay. Small car park at the side - but also a small underground garage - perfect for motorcycles

Breakfast had a decent choice but on 2 of 3 days the heaters went out so the “hot” food was cool. I suspect we could have asked for fresh if we really wanted hot food since the staff were very helpful

Plenty of parking available as we rented a car, nice selection of food at breakfast, professional and friendly staff, location is a couple of minutes away from the old town and all the main attractions of Mostar. Located close to plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. Hotel is clean and has a decent spa room with jacuzzi and sauna room. Spacious rooms.
