When I checked out on 25th July, there was a girl on duty, I don’t know her name. She is rude. I asked her: could you please send a bellboy or someone help my luggages? Cuz I have few luggages and they are heavy. She said: we don’t have this kind of service here!!!! Excuse me??? This is 4 stars hotel, it’s not Airbnb or self-check in apartment………I was begging her to help me, she helped me eventually, but with a mean face. She helped me dragging a suitcase to the car park and then she turned around try to walk away until I asked her give me helping hands to put the big suitcase to the car trunk together.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating - Both the woman (during the day) and man (during the night shift) at the desk were so kind and helpful. My room was booked out by mistake, then got upgraded to a better room. The pool and rooftop area were available for use for free and it was great. There was hardly anyone up there at night, so I got the space mostly to myself. The location is perfect for exploring Mostar, only 10 minute walk from the bus station and about 15 minutes walk away from the old bridge and old baazar. Breakfast had a good range of delicious choices. The room was very clean, comfortable and very soft bed. I would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Mostar!

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't stay longer.

Great location, just a short walk away from the old town. Convenient parking. The room had a nice balcony, and it was lovely to have private access to the hotel spa.

The size of the room was on the small side for a Deluxe Room. It was nice to have a balcony, but there was very little space inside the room to move around. The nightstand light had a vintage Edison bulb which never really seemed to cool down enough, and which remained fairly bright throughout the night. We decided to unscrew it at around 4AM, and then again the night after before going to bed. I'm not sure if this was a faulty bulb, but management should look into it and consider other lighting options to ensure guests have a restful night.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, stuff was very friendly and helpful. Location was also perfect as it was only a 5 min walk from the bus station and 10 min walk to the Old Bridge.

Unfortunately other guests were very loud, TV blasting and kids running around the halls in the evening. Not the hotel’s fault of course, but this is something that impacted a good night sleep and a perfect stay. The breakfast was ok but could have been a bit better (butter was warm and soft, eggs were a bit cold etc.).

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Mostar — the room was very clean, the staff was kind, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center. For the price, I expected a more varied and higher-quality breakfast. Everything else was great, but the breakfast definitely needs improvement.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. The selection was very limited, and some items didn’t seem fresh (like salad for example). A few things felt more like they were prepared at home and brought in, rather than freshly made on-site.

We liked the Hotel Pasha very much: it was conveniently in the city centre with private parking beside it. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would be very happy to stay there again if I happen to be in Mostar again in the future. It is a family run hotel and I was very impressed by the special attention they pay to sustainability, and by the care they take of the environment to protect the ecology.

Nothing

Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely welcoming, facilities were new and the hotel is nicely located - 5 mins to railway/bus station and 7 mins walking from the historic center. Sauna (reserve in advance!) made my evening.

I came at the end of the breakfast time and there was nothing to eat, but I guess it is better during the main hours.

The hotel is conveniently located, 5 minutes' walk from the coach station/train station and the bus stop to Blagaj Monastery. We purposedly avoided staying near the old town, as we did not want to be woken up early in the morning by the loud broadcast from the various mosques. Staff are friendly, but are not fully equipped with the information that tourists need.

The colour tone of the room is somewhat cyber look. It could be changed to more pleasant and warmer ones.

Hotel Pasha caters for mass tourism, but they do so very well. As a solo traveller it didn't bother me at all. Perfect location to visit the Lakes, staff very helpfull. Buffet style dinner great quality.

o airco in the room, slapt with the window open. Bit of noise from the parking lot.

Room was very clean and quiet, bed comfortable. The rooftop terrace with swimming pool was such a bonus, with loungers and bar ( which unfortunately wasn’t open), spa facility too. Ironing facility was very handy. Perfect location. Staff helpful.

The bar on roof top terrace wasn’t open due to staff shortages. But you could buy coffee etc downstairs and bring it upstairs. Or bring your own drinks I guess. We were given only one door card which was very unconvenient at times, we were promised another card when we asked but there was apparently problem with the system, it was only ready on our last day when we were leaving, so didn’t use it. Breakfast ok, it could be better. I will still come back to this hotel as I loved it - hope this feed back is appreciated so hotel can improve these little things.
