The location was good. I walked there (even with luggage) from the train/bus station. The area is by the river, which you can follow to walk to the Old Town area. There are also 3-4 restaurant/bars right on the corner near the hotel, so there are places to eat nearby. It had free breakfast and the A/C worked decent for how hot it was while I was there.

The breakfast was included, so it's hard to complain, but I felt like the put out the hot food once, and once it was gone, it was gone. It did appreciate the coffee and juice, but as for actual food, it was just ok. The QUALITY of it was ok, just seemed like they ran out, even though there were never more than 3 other tables in the breakfast area while I was there on any given day. I had a single room and it was TINY - a single bed, which is ok, but not much room to get comfortable if you want to, I don't know, roll over?

A stay at Hotel Bristol was truly a pleasant experience, exuding the charm of the past. The excellent location allows easy access to all major city landmarks. The staff is extremely kind and hospitable, which further contributes to the welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering a view of the Neretva River. The bathrooms are clean and roomy. A special highlight is breakfast on the terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the river and the surroundings. The food is delicious and varied, and the ambiance, along with the chirping of birds, creates a true experience for all the senses. A perfect choice!

Just 15 minutes of walk to the old bridge. It is located at the end of Rick Steves’ Mostar walk. There are plenty of fast food options nearby by for quick bite. Mostar East bus station is 10 minutes walk away, to which we arrived by bus from Dubrovnik and from which we took the bus to Sarajevo. A bank is located just two blocks east on the way to the old bridge for exchange to Bosnian Mark. Our room had a great view of the river and the bridge. The room was clean and quiet but the bed made noise when getting into/ out of. When taking showers, even with caution and carefulness, the floor flooded with water from shower splash. The heater was not working and only AC available. We stayed only one night when there was a wind storm. The room was chilly so that we wore the night gown when sleeping for warmth. Breakfast menu consisted mostly of cold items. The area was quite safe and convenient for all of tourist’s needs.

Hotel location was great. Lots of places to eat and Old town was 15 minutes away. Room was spacious and balcony overlooking the river and mountains was great. Breakfast was good, with good choice of cheese. Lots of salads as well. greats for vegetarians. The staff at reception were very friendly, and though the hotel did not have parking, did help with tips on parking

Bath are did not have a curtain, so the whole bath would be wet after a bath. The breakfast staff did not refill the dishes that were empty. Only concerned about cleaning the tables after the guests

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the bus and train stations and about 10 mins from the bazaar and old bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included but when we said we had to leave before it started, we were offered a packed lunch which was incredible and kept us going for the whole day! The room was large and comfortable. Decoration is a bit dated but it was quiet and had everything we needed. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel where we had a good evening meal next to the river at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol in Mostar. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is fantastic — right by the river and just a short walk to the Old Bridge and main attractions. The breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mostar!

There is limited free car parking which you need to park the car at the public parking which only cost €10 daily

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol in Mostar. The accommodation is conveniently located near the bridge, so if you like to have a centrally-located "base of operations", without having to carry everything in your backpack, it is the best place to stay. It's also close-by to bus and train station, which is mostly the in-and-out means of transport for the city, other than by car. You can walk from and to the station with luggage and not even break a sweat (10 min). The reception was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room itself was clean, spacious and tidy. There are numerous shops, and restaurants nearby (within short walking distance). The bridge is a 15 minute walk away, and the walk itself is nice (through a bazaar).

Might need a few more amenities for a venue of this caliber (no ironing board). Check-in is pretty late so mind that when planning your travels.

As a budget traveller the Bristol was a good place to stay and just a short walk to the centre. My room was basically furnished but clean, very large and fine for the price. Staff are polite and helpful and can speak English. Breakfast was excellent with wide range to suit most diets, although get there early if you want hot eggs! Overlooking the river, the terrace bar offers a wide range of drinks and food, reasonably priced and seemed to be popular with locals too. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby that are cheaper than those in central Mostar.

Furniture a bit dated but can't complain for the price I paid.

Good breakfast with options like omelets, fried eggs, cereals, fruits, desserts, bread, juices, tea/ coffee, etc. About 10 min walk to old town and Mostar bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were good and location were strategic in between the train station and the old city. We had to leave early the next morning to catch the train. The staff offered to pack some food for us since we’ll be missing the breakfast, without us asking. That was very kind of her. Food was ready by 6am. And that is 5 star service!
