Wonderful place! The closest you can imagine to the historical side of the town, just 20 meters/yards from the first cobblestones of Mostar. Wonderful! This is a charming hotel with comfortable rooms, very clean, well-kept, nicely furnished and with fine beds and a spacious and modern bathroom (even if a door on the shower could help to avoid floodin' the floor). Our room had a superb balcony on a 2nd floor that had a gorgious view on the old town and its minarets. We have been greeted by extremely friendly staff at the reception and their kindness (there were only women working there... a pure spot of beauty indeed), friendliness and helpfulness lasted for all our sejour. And this has been the most exciting, thrilling attribute of Almira Hotel. Breakfast has been excellent with a wide selection of food, including delicious local pastries, cheeses, eggs with halal sausages and fruit. The private parking behind the hotel - a must to have in Mostar - was ample and fenced. Excellent choice, highly recommend! We enjoyed this place and we thank all the wonderful staff :-)

We loved the simple but clean and comfortable settings of this hotel. The best was the view from the balcony of our room. Location is perfect (right in the old town but with easy parking). Breakfast also above average for a hotel in this category. Excellent value for money. Deserves a 10.

A small remark only to the 10 euro half board option mentioned on booking, which the lady at reception knew nothing about… never mind as we didn’t need dinner on that day anyway, but perhaps the information should be verified.

Great location and literally right in the city center so we did not have to use our car for anything and roamed around on foot. Very spacious rooms (we booked a big room for a family of four) and a bath room. Air conditioning worked very well and the breakfast was amazing with lot of choices. Parking was available too at the site and free of cost. There was also a restaurant on site for lunch and dinner also if someone wants to have it.

The hotel only accepted cash so that may be one limitation which you have to consider. There was nothing else which is worth mentioning here.

Excellent delicious breakfast - very helpful staff at the hotel and the restaurant. Minutes to the main sightseeing of the city. We stayed at the room with a balcony on a 2nd floor that had an absolutely perfect view. Free parking was readily available. Highly recommend this hotel.

We would prefer some actual help with the luggage while getting it on / from the 2nd floor as we were told while making the reservation that our luggage would be handled by the hotel staff and that the elevators are available but in reality not to all rooms and not the actual help was offered with the luggage.

Charming hotel in the old town located just a few steps from the bazaar and famous bridge. Very friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and the decor in both the rooms and lobby highlight the artistry and design of the region. Breakfast included Bosnian delicacies, sweets and cheeses, in addition to eggs and fruit.

Rooms that face the front of the hotel may have to contend with some late-night music from the bar across the street - would recommend making sure you have white/dark background noise on your phone to drown it out.

What to say, during the whole stay at Hotel Almira you felt, that it's managed by a family. I've been welcome very warmly, received first and important information. Room has been quite enough and was clean as you expect. Service was brilliant and also included breakfast. About location, next to the historical bridge everything is written which means, I can only strongly recommend Hotel Amira. PS: I forgot something in my room and hotel will forward it to my private address. It's also something, which is not done by each hotel respectively by staff of hotel. Thanks a lot and as other guests too, I will come back latest next year.

We were greeted by extremely friendly staff at the reception upon our late arrival. The rooms were very clean, well-kept, and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The hotel also had an elevator. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food, including delicious local pastries. The parking behind the hotel was huge and fenced - private. There was a direct entrance from the parking lot at the back of the hotel. Great location as it’s only 150m from the old bridge and the city center. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old Town. Parking is for free at the hotel private parking. We had booked the family rolm but the hotel proactively moved us to two double rooms at the back of the hotel due to the expected noise from the nearby bar. We really appreciated that.

Not a fault of the hotel, but good to keep in mind that the hotel is in the middle of the touristic Old Town, with bars with live music and disco’s. Earplugs did the job to let is sleep without problems.

The location, being a short walk to the Bridge, was excellent as was the on site parking. Our room was quite roomy with a terrace and lovely city, river and mountain views. The breakfast was a basic continental style breakfast with a couple of hot egg dishes. Filter coffee was free but specially made coffees incurred a charge. The staff were really lovely - very helpful and friendly.

The hot water ran out half way through the second shower.

Comfortable room and great location, right next to the Old Town. There were lots of options for breakfast - more than any of the other hotels I stayed at on my trip. Some of the staff only spoke limited English but they were all very friendly - they even packed me a lunch to take with me on my final day as I had to check out before breakfast!

Wifi was a bit patchy in my room - it worked well when I was sat on the sofa close to the door, but not when I was in bed. It also got a bit noisy in the restaurant downstairs in the evening, but it quietened down before I went to sleep so it didn't disturb me!
