The receptionist was kind, helpful, and was serious about guests. I stayed in the villa Superior Single room and it exceeded my expectations by far. It was a lot of space for 1 person. The restaurant and wedding hall were beautiful and very accommodating. The property itself is beautiful. They have a stream running through the restaurant which is absolutely beautiful. The landscape is exquisite. Lots of room to be free. Prices for rooms are affordable and worth it.

they show a wonderful swimming pool in their website. One poweful reason for chosing that hotel. Went in July this year (2022) and pool was closed (bad luck they said, will be closed one week). Came back last week (Oct 2022) and guess!!! Pool closed (bad luck they say again!). They should stop offering a pool as a regular amenity in this hotel!

It is located in a beautiful area in Medjugorje, surrounded by a lovely natural environment. The staff and service were excellent, and the breakfast was delightful. The swimming pool was amazing. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the air quality was exceptional. Everything was very clean and of excellent quality. All in all, it’s a fantastic place to stay.

Pool not in service and we chose this hotel because it had a pool. They said we had bad luck since the pool would be in Service in 10 days. The truth is that it seems the pool has been (and will be) out of service for a looooong time! Gave us a room with two really THIN beds for three people!!! Despite having reserved for three. Had to change room in the middle of the night.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lady at the front desk helped me find transportation for 8 to Mostar and it was reasonably priced. She gave us a very warm greeting and was also there to send us off. We felt like part of the family. We had two hotel rooms side by side and it was like staying in an enchanted forest. The restaurant had good food.

I loved the entire atmosphere and all the amenities. The property was so beautiful!

I wish my stay was longer so we could’ve enjoyed the amenities like the pool more!

Beautiful place. We stayed with 2 young children and they absolutely loved it. We only stayed 1 night but wish we could have stayed more. - Great restaurant (reasonably priced) - Helpful staff - Children playground - Close to Kravica Waterfalls

Liked everything, just make sure if you want extra beds etc you explain to them I. Your messages and makes sure they reply with the correct response of them understanding..

Modern, clean, private, good character

Evening car park was difficult as a concert was being held. Dining was booked out for the evening, again due to concert. Prior notice would have been great as we would have booked both concert tickets and dinner.

The whole place n the room are so beautiful. Evening walk was so nice.

Unfortunately, the shops were not opened. (From 15 June - Sept)+-
