The staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful. Someone unloaded our bags and delivered them to our room when we arrived, and took them out and loaded them into the car when we left. They showed us several different rooms and allowed us to select the one which best suited our needs. The complimentary breakfast was good with a lot of selection provided that we got there relatively early. The pool area was very nice with lots of covered seating in the form of tables and chairs. We were enamored with the twinkle lights all though the covered drive-through entrance way as well as the painted murals on the walls there.

Although it was nice to have a "kitchenette" in our room, it really only consisted of a countertop and sink. It would have been very nice to have a cooktop and some pots so we could have prepared hot meals. There is a cafe on site, but we had difficulty getting someone to take our orders 2 nights in a row, and the food was pricey.

Nice pool, friendly staff and clean rooms.

The pool area is used for day guests, with very loud music and no sunbeds. Maybe some enjoy that, I didn't. The rooms are clean but no natural light and quite gloomy. The location is also not great, nothing around to go out a bit. So only good if you have a car. Or if you wanna party by the pool ;)

Nice towels. Hot shower. Quiet room (until the delivery truck pulled in before 7am and backed up several times with his backup alarm sounding). Nice murals/artwork. Breakfast was okay (not great).

1. We chose this hotel because of the pool. Nothing was said on the internet or when we checked in about the pool being closed because they were in the middle of a maintenance project. When I mentioned this to the receptionist at checkout, she said it was because it was an emergency which wasn't planned, which was a bold face lie. There were 5 or 6 guys in a totally dry pool redoing the grout and replacing tiles. That is not an emergency which happens without advance planning. 2. We were given a room (#108) which, when we turned on the bathroom sink, gave off a strong smell of sewage which filled the whole apartment. We were given a new room which smelled better but upon inspecting the room we noticed that the floor in the toilet room was totally wet! The maid came in and turned off the faucet to the sprayer next to the toilet which was apparently leaking. This should have been noticed when the room was cleaned (which made me believe that the room wasn't cleaned!). The price we paid was not the cheapest, but also far from the most expensive. Bottom line. It was not worth what we paid. I won't stay there again and I will warn my friends about it. My wife would like to return when the pool is repaired.

the lady who served drinks at night was very nice and also the cleaner. The location was ideal for what we needed. the pool was nice and I felt safe. I don’t have children but the ones there looked like they had a great time with the waterslides.

the breakfast was poor, we thought we had a window with the curtains but the curtains were covering a big photo of some women. the internet connection stopped working every five minutes, we rang the property and told them I needed internet to work before we booked and they said it was very good but I was interrupted by this constantly. the flush on the toilet was very weak and the bathroom was a dirty not because the cleaner wasn’t cleaning it was because it needed a Professional clean of the tiles. we had some windows but they were painted over when it should have maybe had blinds so we could let some natural light in. this made the room feel a little gothic along with the furniture.
