Everything that you expect is there. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, the shower is nice and the bed comfy. We had a good comfortable night, room was big and the location perfect.
With some simple adjustments they could make the interior of the room look a whole lot better. Then they could really make it a 10/10 experience. Nevertheless this was a good experience at this price point.

This is a great budget hotel. The breakfast is amazing, many choices and always being resupplied. The room was spacious and clean. I read the other reviews and don't understand the dirty complaints. The bathroom needs an update and the bathroom door was damaged, but other than that it was good. Shower has hot water and good pressure. Air-conditioning works well. Sheets were clean but the towels should be thrown out because they're so worn. The location is good, 10 min walk to theatre and lots of good coffee shops and restaurants near by.
The towels are worn and stained.

Actually, the location of this hotel is very good. I also like the breakfast, the reception service, and the people who work there are very kind and professional.
I think that furniture in the reception space it need to be renewed a little bit old but it’s a small problem not big deal
