The staff was amazingly helpful, cheerful, gave a really good professional and delightful reception. Willing to help the best way they knew how, made sure to explain everything. The breakfast was good, interesting to try some local food, was verry happy about the fact that they did not try to server a continental breakfast or an english breakfast, but as guest you got the lokal experience.

A watercooker and some tea in the room or a coffee machine in the reception would've been good. Same with an iron or ironboead, wouldve been nice with one on the room or on each floor..

Hot water didn't work sometimes (twice during my 5 night stay) and the air conditioner was super noisy. The location of the hotel is quite central but walking at night in the neighborhood seemed a little dangerous.

no safe lock nor a kettle in the room. I was with my infant and had to get warmwater downstairs and keep the water in the room in a thermos so I could prepare his bottle feeding.

It has a good location. breakfast was top. I like the fruits, eggs, cake that was delicious. the room was clean and comfort. this hotel is nearby the market like vero peso and docas. on sunday you have a beautiful market at the park.

The hotel is centrally located close to the principal sights and provides comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is good (especially the fruit) for this category of hotel.

Nothing

A very functional and clean hotel, ideally located in the zona Centro, in walking distance of most sights and commercial zone, not far from the new Docas (entertainment) and the harbour for passenger ships (Hidroviario, you can walk to it in 15-20 minutes). Good restaurant for comida a kilo with churrasco next door for lunch, at night they serve executivos.

The hotel needs a few little things to be fixed - flushes in the toilet for instance did not always work properly in one of the rooms I rented. Note also that the A/C is old fashioned (the big old American-style boxes that hang out of the window) and thus rather noisy. But overall can't complain, also a very reasonable price. Breakfast Brazilian style but a bit minimalistic.
