Great location. The rooms were a good value for the money, clean, and with a good shower. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Staff were extremely helpful, especially when I had a last-minute laundry order.

The restaurant is run by another company. Breakfast was great, but service any other time was excruciatingly slow even if there were only a few people ordering drinks or dinner. It was never crowded. One wait person, after we'd tried to get her attention for over 15 minutes (there was only one other table of guests) was rather rude explaining to us that she was the only one working and was very busy. Seriously?

It is high rise and one of only two elevators was broken which led to some delays Breakfast was until 10:30 and really at 10:3 the buffet was gone - which is generally ok but would have been nice to ‘warn’ guests who were still eating to get things they may still want …

The only thing I would improve is the swimming pool maintenance. Pool needs to be cleaned everyday since sunscreen residual was evident. A part from that, everything was good

I will definitely stay here again. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcomed. I asked for a special request for one of my colleagues and they were happy to make it happen. I highly recommend this hotel. The buffet has a large selection of items. Some rooms had a big balcony to the main street, others didn't have one and faced away from the street but these are very quiet rooms. Overall: a good mid-range-price hotel.

Pool not so big, but it is on the 30th floor with a great view.

The wifi was very unstable in the room and we repeatedly lost the connection throughout our stay. This should not be the case for a hotel of this standard.
