This was my second time staying at Rede Andrade Docas in Belém. We arrived very early in the morning, around 4 AM, and were initially given a room that wasn’t the best. However, due to exhaustion, we accepted it for the few hours we needed rest. The next morning, after I shared my feedback, the staff went out of their way to offer us a much better room — and even allowed me to inspect and approve it first before moving in. I truly appreciated that level of care and attention. Although language can be a challenge in Brazil, the team did everything they could to ensure smooth communication. Their willingness to assist and make us feel comfortable made a big difference. Thank you for the hospitality — I look forward to coming back again!

Decent Breakfast, but Could Use More Variety Breakfast is served every morning and is always guaranteed, which is definitely a plus. However, I did notice that the menu is quite repetitive, especially when it comes to the hot dishes. A little more variety in the warm food options would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a good start to the day, but I hope to see some improvements in the selection next time.

Clean good sized room , comfortable bed , great view of the River , silent A/C , fridge with water &Beer$ ... Great staff all around, Breakfast buffet was good with different options.. wifi ok .. close to the waterfront docks ( 400m) great restaurants area street market vendors very lively area great location , I will certainly pick this hotel without hesitation my next time In Belem

Nothing serious just the fruit Juices at the breakfast buffet are too watered down.. lights in bathroom ..after 6 pm the area becomes a dead Zone everything is shutdown for about 350 meters all around the Hotel

I basically enjoyed everything there...the location is quite amazing....you'd be forster experienced the heart ❤️ of Belém center. What a wonderful and lovely thing to do in this hotel particularly, and a great city such as belem

Great location, however the vicinity becomes a bit dangerous after dark. The installations are simple, but clean and well maintained.

The bathrooms need a better exhaust system. The towels start to smell bad after a few hours of the use.

Breakfast was good ( standard ) and for me the location is perfect !

It would be nice if the staff can speak and understand english.

Great hotel with friendly staff in good central location. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean, although the sheets could have been only a little better. The breakfast was great. Overall very good value.
