The staf was always very friendly, the room was very good and the location was close to the center and very close to Praia do Canto/Praia dos Amores which are very quiet and not crowded.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, but I would have liked to have more options for cooking, there was only one microwave.

Simple accomodation in a beautiful but quiet part of buzios. Easy to walk to the main town and really close to the beach. It was the peace we were hoping for when we booked. Staff were really friendly too. P

I think it would have been great to have mosquito nets on the windows as we couldn't sleep with the windows open at night but this is minor. As we slept with the windows shut and Aircon on.

Property clearly abandoned. The only responsible attendant only arrives at 2pm - owners or manager NEVER appeared even with all of the issues. Management did not even offer to compensate us as if bad luck for you . The price was not cheap due to a holiday weekend. All guests had no water for the entire stay based in my questioning the other rooms.

There was no hot water for the ENTIRE stay. Repeated attempts to reach management resulted in ZERO replies and the only person available was a front desk clerk who on;y arrives at 2 pm. I left notes at the front desk. NOTHING was resolved and the property clearly was not concerned with my terrible experience. The entire property had no hot water per my discussions with other guests. I relied on you, BOOKING, to have vetted properties (as I have in the past and never encountered a problem)ro ensure the property provides what is advertised. This one did not. ISSUES 1) lack of hot water for the entire stay. 2) mold on the walls and bathroom which resulted in me having an asthma attack requiring me to spend $ in medicine. 3) lack of wi-fi in the room - it only worked in the reception area. 4) the sheets were old and had holes. 5) garbage was not removed daily from the bathroom. 6) the air conditioner control was broken requiring one to insert and remove from the electrical outlet which is dangerous. 7) Cockroaches in the room due to lack of treatment. I cannot express enough how horrible this experience was for us.
