The Pousada was very quiet, perfect to rest. It's a beautiful big house, with a beautiful backyard. Only 2 blocks from the center, walkable distance to everything. Our room was very spacious, had a walking closet and a comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, you can choose from a variety of fruits, eggs, bread, yogurt, some brazilian delights like kish or cake. The reception is very comfortable, lots of books that you can read and the backyard was beautiful, perfect to hang there in peace and it's very calm.

The window didnt have moskito net, so we had to keep the windows close at all moments.

The hotel is very inviting, feels like you’re in somebody’s vacation home in the best way possibile. The pousada is full of greenery and flowers and the outside area is a pleasure to spend time in. We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast is delicious, there is everything you need for breakfast without any exaggeration. They have a table with food laid out but you can also ask the staff for eggs or whatever you may need. The staff is extremely friendly, Divino made us feel welcome as soon as we came in, gave us tips on where to go and what to do, Lu made great conversation and Patrizia was lovely and impeccable with how she cleaned the rooms. Location was super, you’re basically on the Main Street of Buzios, we had a small toddler and did everything by foot.

There are a few areas on the outside that we could see were not as well kept as others. Probably because we went on winter time so people weren’t using the pool or the little court they had. We in fact did not use them so it didn’t make a difference to us.

I loved the staff, the pousada was also small and didn’t have too many guests which was nice, breakfast was lovely.

My room didn’t have a table or chair to put my stuff like bag etc so had to put everything on the floor and also didn’t have a bedside lamp so was either no light or a super bright light from the ceiling. Easy to fix, everything else was excellent.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Buzios. The Pousada is located next to a beach, a 5 minutes walk to town, but in a very quiet street. Staff were lovely and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! They also offered free afternoon cake and tea/coffee. A great place to stay for couples and families.

Door handle & lock to room. Lighting to room was poor at times. No WiFi in my room. A/C was marginal.

The Pousada is very well located, just a block and a half of the central "Rua das Pedras, it couldn't be better! The staff is super welcoming and friendly, breakfast was like grandma did for us, yummy!! The house is very peaceful and confortable, amazing price and great cost benefits!!

The pousada is set in beautiful grounds with lots of outdoor and indoor furniture. The rooms are very private and well decorated.

The only issue was the shower which had very low power

it is a very cozy environment, old villa repurposed as a little hotel

water pressure in the shower was very low, the swimming pool could have been cleaner

the location is perfect!

we had some trouble with hot water in our room. the hairdryer wasn’t readily available as promised, the soap bars were minuscule—all minor things

The location is a short walk from the beach, you can hear the waves from your room. Staff was wonderful. Like staying in a beautiful home. Would definitely return!
