We liked so many things: First, Secretary Ariane is so efficient and polite, 10/10. The ladies who work in the breakfast area were all kind and provided lovely service, 10/10. The guy who works in painting is also happy and kind, 10/10. I felt at home! The room was super great! The breakfast was simple and good!

The only minor issue was that on Saturday there was a party on the street until 2 am, and there was a lot of noise inside the room. But it was only for one night. Perhaps in the future, it will be important to consider implementing widow isolation.

The property is perfect, the space, rooms good size, facilities very clean and location is perfect.

The only thing, we noticed was the smell coming from the bathroom. But the others part the property was absolutely fine.

Property does not have a gym but I was aware of that Parking was not part of the same property ( third-party) but it was just in front so no big issue

No good place to sit inside the room. The hairdryer wasn’t working, neither the tv. I didn’t ask for help.

Absolutely everything! But specially the staff… they are all wonderful people going above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

The breakfast was nice and very complete , friendly staff, comfy bed.

The room was very dated, facing the stairs so you can hear everyone coming upstairs. Luckily there weren't noisy neighbours. Also the room windows were to the back of the other rooms so all you could see were ac's blowing hot wind to the window (as it wasn't already hot enough lol) The shower wasn't very nice too as it faced to the wall more than to you. Perhaps it was the room we stayed (37) that was in a lower rate so I wouldn't stay again for this.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Very nice breakfast.

I've seen other reviews where folks complained about the lack of parking, but since we came by bus and walked everywhere, I have nothing that we didn't like

Great location (3 min walking distance to the main street Rua das Pedras and main attractions), great staff (polite and helpful), good value.

The facilities are a bit outdated. The bedroom doors are falling apart and the small refrigerator available in the room it's old makes a lot of noise. The photos in the website look better than the real place itself.
