Great Location. Chairs by the beach are very convenient. Lovely landscape. Comfortable accommodation. Food and beverages variety is excellent. Staff always with a smile

Perhaps, people shouldn’t be able to “save for later” bungalows by the beach. I’ve noticed that some people leave personal items all night long on the bed under the bungalow so they can use them the next morning

Excellent hotel facilities together to a beautiful beach and excellent staff. Great for families with young children.

Most of the staff was lovely, worth mentioning, Alex (security), Diego (reception), Sandriely and Roberto (restaurant) and friendly Rosa who makes delicious tapiocas. ;) The beach was amazing, specially the warm pools of sea water that form in the morning. The food was delicious, there were lots of seafood, caipirinhas and fresh fruit to go around. We also loved the grilled lobster at Inevitável.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was not pleasant. We requested a quiet room on a higher floor through Booking.com, and were told that they were going to do their best to grant us our request. However, we were given a room on the second floor close to a busy area, in which the air conditioner wasn't working (it was 32oC outside). We complained about it and the attitude of the attendant wasn't at all friendly. Also, I had been given a gift certificate from Vila Galé for my birthday and I was told, upon arrival, that they would not be able to honor it because I had made my reservation through Booking.com. Last but not least, the hotel is outdated and is in the process of renovation.

For restaurant. You have a voucher that not allowed you to repeat the same restaurant. So the hotel had 4 restaurants and I was able to go once in that have availability. The other were full.

The restaurants are very good. The beach is awesome and good for kids. The room is plenty of space and comfortable.

We found cockroaches in the room. The disgusting was to found dogs in many places: restaurants, pool, kids space, etc. I saw a dog licking the dishes in the restaurant. Disgusting!!! I left my pet with a person because the resort is not pet friendly and I found this scenario??? Are you kidding me?!?!

Food, Draft beer, low quality drinks, poor buffet, Only 1 la carte restaurant was open. I used the spa services and I smelled like dirty oil for a few days, they should use better quality products in the spa services.
