The food is amazing, the people are super nice. The pools are awesome (our kids really enjoyed the little water park). Nice shows for kids. The band that plays in the beach bar at noon are simply out of this world!

The cleaning was not super and the bathroom had a gutter smell really strong that forced us to keep the door shut all the time, creating an even worst humidity + other stuff smell. Not good at all. The icecream post really needs to sell a different kind of icecream, because the roll takes forever. My wife stood waiting for an icecream for (we used a watch to track it!) 30 minutes! Besides they were a bit rude with some children that were also waiting.

The hotel is excellent. The food is very good — it was worth having both breakfast and dinner here. The location is convenient, about 20 minutes by car from “Rei das Coxinhas” (where there’s also an affordable laundry service). The private access to the beach and the overall hotel facilities are great. The children’s pool gave us peace of mind with our three kids, and we noticed many families enjoying the space. There’s also a children’s program, which is a nice bonus. The wifi was good for video calls (I had some work to do during the days here and it was easy to get connected).

I didn’t like the live music — the band was good, but it was too loud and made it difficult to relax in the room. It goes until 22h.

The beach is protected by a reef and therefore very safe for swimming. The beach was one of the best I have ever been. The customer service was mostly very good. Jackeline spoke English and replied to WhatsApp’s, she was very helpful. Sergio would check in periodically to make sure we were happy. The night clerk who ignored us at 3am when we wanted to check out - we were less happy. He came out - then went back to sleep. The WiFi was very comprehensive (Ubiquiti) averaging 10-20Mbps for customers.

Look, Brazil is not a gastronomic country like Italy. The food was good within the Brazilian context. Buffet encourages overeating. Alcoholic Drinks are not included, that’s fine with me. Water expensive, but can be bought cheaply from the convenience store on site.

The staff is indeed great, the food (breakfast and dinner offered in the package) is excellent. The beach in front of the hotel and the pool + amenities for the kids are really nice. It’s really clean and it feels premium for a 4 star resort.

The road to the resort is in very poor shape. This forbids guests to easily drive in and out of the resort with comfort. It makes no sense that such a nice resort has poorly accessible roads. Besides, the rooms are not really nicely acoustically isolated. The windows and doors need to be better isolated to avoid unnecessary noisy coming into the room.

The infrastructure was very nice, very nice buffet with a lot to choose from. Very relaxing atmosphere with quality live music every night. Swimming pool is very enjoyable and there is a beach with no waves since its protected by a reef. Very good hospitality. you get a free shirt upon arrival and welcome drinks and water + snacks when you leave.

The resort is a bit further away from porto de galhinas and the road leading to it in very bad shape but will be renovated in July/August. Expect a lot of families/children. the beach (with beach bar) is rather narrow so it's quite packed.

Great apartment, literally 5 feet from the beach. The private pool was also amazing. The water was always warm, even early in the morning or late at night. The pool bar was very helpful and with quite reasonable prices. This is as close of paradise you can get on earth.

No duvets at the hotel. The place is quite hot, but whenever the AC is on, we could use some warmer blankets.

Personnel is nice and attentive, we spent almost a week at the hotel.

We liked everything, in order to mention something I would say It would be nice to have a children playroom with more games and personnel watching them . The playroom is very small and only suitable for toddlers

The stay was wonderful overall. We were travelling with our 1.5 year old twins and the facilities were great. There is a small pantry for babies to sterilise bottles with a microwave and fruit available whenever you want. Lots of places to play and the staff were very helpful, friendly and never made us feel bad when our girls made a mess at breakfast. There are lots of families with children there so probably not the best if you are a solo traveller or looking for a romantic stay, but amazing for families. They even had babysitters available if you want some time together with your partner.

The shower had a lot of mould stains in the grout. It didn’t smell bad so probably just stained but I would think with a place like this they would service the showers more. Other than that the breakfast got a little boring by the end because it’s the same everyday and the food over all in the resort was hit and miss. Somethings we ordered were amazing and others really bad.

The hotel was very new and stylishly decorated. The pool area is wonderful. Super easy access to the beach. Nice views.

The location is far away from Porto de Galinhas, the city near by. It would be great if the hotel was offering some type of free transport there, like a van service. The beach is quite narrow and it is a bit annoying all the sellers trying to sell various products to you.
