The only thing missing is the fact that there was no restaurant. Everything was amazing. Will be back soon.

Service and facilites

all the staff were friendly and helpful. very few spoke any English, so you will need some Portuguese if you’re not a native. the room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

very slow internet, which often became a little frustrating. also no possibility to get a coffee after 10am. the only refreshments available were via an app.

The pool area

First of all the person at the reception has no customer service, he was very rude and not helpful at all. I checked in at 7pm, and asked for a higher level room, immediately he said they are fully booked and they cannot accommodate, did not even tried. Mentioned that I had to leave before the breakfast start and asked if I could have something to go since I had breakfast included with my daily rate, he did not even try to check if they could do something like that, immediately he said that’s not an option. After I checked in, he gave me the worst room I could ask for, which was in the ground level and close to the reception. Asked if I could have a room at least far from the entrance and he mentioned they were fully booked, I even asked if he can check for another room type and I’ll pay the upgrade he didn’t even try to check this, after me another two people were checking in which have a higher floor room. This person of the receptionist was super rude, not helpful at all in any issue I could face (internet, noise, etc. During the night I could not sleep, there was a noise above of what I suspect was the air conditioning that kept on going during the entire night. The air conditioning got frozen and started to leak water into the bed beside not cooling the room as it should be. In the morning I tried to get something for the breakfast but again the same receptionist didn’t even tried, I approached the breakfast area and talked with the ladies of the breakfast who were a little bit more helpful and allowed me to take coffee with me at least. This was by far the worst experience I had in booking and I’ve been staying in a lot of different places in Brazil but this, is a total scam, beside being very expensive for what they offer.
