The staff were very helpful..the breakfast buffet had a vast and varied selection of food including chicken pie which was delicious. The rooms were large very clean and beds were very comfortable. We chose the hotel for the swimming pool which didn't disappoint. Lovely big pool with plenty of sunbeds ( some uncomfortable) and a nice pool bar and cafe. All of the communal areas were very luxurious and clean.

There may as well not have been any windows for the noise they let in. But staying in another luxury hotel now in a different town which also has the same problem. The beach and beach clubs were lovely but the hotel is a little way away from the main Berra mar area. Taxis or Uber only cost about Rs 30 to 40 so we went backwards and forwards each evening which was easy. Also a lovely beach but very difficult to swim in sea because of the waves and currents. Therefore swimming pool was appreciated

I really enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, especially the restaurant and the swimming pool. The staff were also very polite, helpful and fluent in English. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of fruits and vegetables, which exceeded my expectations.

I was concerned about the hotel's location, as the neighborhood felt unsafe and deserted in the evening. Guests are advised not to leave the hotel after dark, and even during the day, it's recommended not to venture too far on foot.

Clean, organized, great staff, great breakfast and pool! Beach is great too!

The kids playroom had toys that where broken, and not a lot of variety. I talked to them and they told me they were working on it and appreciated suggestions. I suggested they put paper, colored pencils for the children to draw, that they put shelves to display toys, and get more and better toys.

Good hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily. Good , clean swimming pool. Food in restaurants is varied and always a large selection, fresh fruits !!! The quality and service are at the proper level. Attentive and respectful staff.

Not enough personal with English language. No transfer from hotel to airport. Far from shopping centers, markets e.t.c.

Great location and view of the praia do Futuro. The hotel also offers a nice gym, pool bar and restaurant. The staff was very friendly . The bedroom was very spacious with breathtaking views of the sea line. Also allowed me to do a very late check out (at extra cost) which was nice.

I disliked the fact that bedroom windows were locked and could not be open. So you’re kind of forced to breath AC all the time when you’re in the bedroom. Also there was leaking AC in the bedroom which didn’t seem to bother them too much. Luckily I noticed it early enough and move my clothes away.

Very friendly and service oriented employees, including the management. Room was also very clean. Thank you for your hospitality. We are used to stay in 5 star hotels, but this 4 star hotel surprised us positively. In our view it is at the high end of 4 star hotels.

Breakfast a bit simple. Wind noises from the windows, although apparently we slept quite well, maybe it had a relaxing influence.

Very functional gym, clean and windy. Nice pool and Jacuzzi.

The lack of English-speaking staff at the hotel, but luckily we had Jorge at the restaurant. He helped us out a lot!

went to the restaurant inside the hotel asked for a Cesar salad with chicken I was served something that was def not it green lettuce instead of Americcan lettuce with honey mustard sauce ???? when I was in the pools some ladies were telling how they got robbed one street near the hotel made me feel very insecure to get out

Safe parking, large rooms, comfy bed, quiet at night, very friendly staff. Breakfast selection and food in restaurant is quite OK. Not far from Riomar Shopping center.

The room had a little moldy stench until we switched on the A/C, but being in the tropics I guess this is kind of normal.
