Spacious room, away from street noises. It's a quiet place overall, a part from normal hotel noises, like doors, people talking, etc, nothing unusual. They always had a free parking space at the underground garage, even tough I had to leave the car keys twice with them for maneuvering, no big deal. Not close to the beach (10min by car), but on a very good neighborhood. I'd stay there again. Pretty good breakfast.

It's neat picking, bit the lights on my room were extremely bright. I'd like to have a sidelamp or something, but ok overall.

Great breakfast. Decent internet. They let me check-in at 6am (though I had to pay a little bit extra) . Decent location.

Rude woman behind the counter. Took payment from my account even though I'd already paid. Then when I asked for a refund she didn't apologise for her mistake. Just moved on to her next task. Bathroom was pretty small.

Super flexible and nice crew - typical Brazilian Northeast Breakfast Buffet exceeded my expectations - very good cost/benefit.

Accommodations are a bit older in structure - but It has fresh new big beds and good A/C - as mentioned above, a great cost/benefit. Perfectly fine if you just want a safe place to stay and sleep well. If you're the type of person that likes to take "fancy instagram" pictures this is not your spot - if you're a simple human being that needs a comfy bed to sleep and a good breakfast before going around - it'll be fine.

The staff was very attentive. All requests that I made were attended to quickly.

I had problems with my shower, the lock on my door was faulty, and the lights in the hotel hallway were off. But, all the problems were fixed after I complained about them in the front reception.

Really big and comfortable bed and room. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast but enough. Good parking, small but always had space. Very handy.

The hotel personnel is amazing. The location is ok.

The breakfast is really well-served but with non nutritious food. It is in majority very sweet cakes with sweet sauces. The Wi-Fi in the room is really bad and I was suprised about that since I called before my reservation to ask whether the connection was good because I needed to work remotely. The most important point is the water heater that is INSIDE the shower box. Not once, but twice it exploded while I was showering. The first time it happenned, I was upgraded to a "better room" where the exact same situation happened again. Hopefully, that second time, I was on the leave.
