The rooms were clean. The staff were incredibly nice! The buffet breakfast was extravagant and a great variety! We were overall very happy here!

The hallways are very noisy. You can hear everyone walking up and down the hallway, as well as laughing at screaming. The doors echo and you can hear everyone opening and closing the doors. Maybe placing signs in hallway to remind everyone to be quiet in hallways would be beneficial.

I went for a conference which was on another hotel by the side of Dom Pedro I Palace. For the purpose of sleeping and having breakfast and spending most of the day outside of the hotel it served its purpose. The staff was also super helpful and allowed us to use the pool after checkout, since we had a late flight.

I came from the Netherlands for a conference. I needed a receipt in english for the refund within my company and the hotel could not provide it.

The location was very good, close to the falls and the border with Argentina. A bit far from the city center if you don't have a car. However, there was a big shopping nearby.

The wifi was terrible, only could check my emails with my phone, my laptop never worked.

We actually really enjoyed ourselves here, though it's not our usual sort of hotel. For a couple of days to have the pool and a buffet dinner we were very comfortable. Would have liked a bar though. Very convenient for the falls, the bird park and the airport

It was placed on a bus route with a mall 10 minute walk away. Daily close to the airport and the falls. Very nice pool

Everything I’ve already said, and in particular, the staff was very helpful. They made sure I was very comfortable and well-cared for.

The only issue was spotty WiFi. Otherwise, I liked everything.

Pretty old facilities, deservs a refresh. poor and unstable wifi, not recommend for those who need to work from the hotel.

It was a delicious continental breakfast. The hotel is just aside from the congress. As I am working I did not use the pool.

The rooms are simple but functional. It worked well for a few days. Anyway, the hotel values what was paid. A good cost/benefit rate.

The breakfast was barely eatable. Most of it was dry, flavourless or too sweet. The coffee was good though.
