Great hotel, staff was super friendly, proactive and helpful! The structure of the hotel is amazing! Great pools, and the gym was out of this world, I had never saw something like this. Super complete gym.

The internal pool water wasn’t hot enough, so we could not enjoy. We also had an issue in our room with cold water, but the staff quickly resolved it.

Good Hilton standard overall. Very clean and airy lobby and public areas. The room was perfectly adequate and clean. It had two large beds (good quality) and had a view over the next-door shopping mall and other hotels. Nice size bathroom. Perfect for a one-person work trip. The breakfast was very good, with loads of options and fresh omelettes etc. Downstairs Lebanese-style restaurant was also good. A cosy lobby bar which also served as the outdoor pool bar. The pool area and the outdoor lounge were very nice. The gym was perhaps a bit small, but the treadmills worked perfectly, plus that it is in a separate building with large windows. All in all a very good hotel and the placement is great for visiting the Iguassu Falls and the city.

The floor of the shower in the room was poorly constructed - with 2cm of water floating on the shower floor after washing as it wouldn't properly drain! Cleaners forgot to replace hand towels a few times, but I got them when I asked. Also the replenishing of water and coffee capsules was a bit irregular. Interestingly, the work desk had no power sockets right next to it..:)

The hotel has a great pool, with a lot of facilities. The breakfast was good.

The hotel staff offering tours tried to scam us. We tried to book a tour to the Argentinian falls. However the staff said it was impossible to pay with card in Argentina. And therefore we had to exchange our money. The taxi that was provided by the hotel drove us to a shady store (not an official money exchange) just a souvenir shop. We had to exchange our money to Argentinian peso’s. When we reached the falls and our further travels in Argentina we could literally pay everywhere with cards and there was no need to exchange….

The staff at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The Kids Club was amazing! Activities all day around the pool or in their great play area. My kids loved it!

Cleaning staff took one of our bags that had some souvenirs in it and put it in the garbage. It was not near any garbage can, it was clearly marked as a gift shop bag, but they just threw it away when cleaning the room. My kids were devastated to lose the souvenirs they had picked out themselves. Watch out for your belongings!!

Wonderful stay here! Our room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The air conditioning and wifi worked great. The staff were so kind and very helpful in booking us a dinner show and massages at the spa. The spa was amazing and very good prices too. The on site bar restaurant was convenient and good. We even got a free cookie at check in. Breakfast buffet was good and had a large variety. Location is wonderful. It is next to a really nice mall full of good food and shopping options. It is also near the area where you enter into Iguazu falls from either the Brazil or Argentina side.

My only complaint is that on check out day the house keeping knocked multiple times from 8:30 am onward to see if we had left yet to turn over the room. The front desk needs to communicate when guests leave so they are not bothering us many times while trying to sleep and get ready.

The property is well located, close to the falls and the park. Clean rooms, great shower, the pool area is very nice.

The air conditioning of the rooms do not make the room cool. It was difficult to sleep because it was summer time. We also heard other guests complaining about the same issue. We asked maintenance to come check the AC unit and he said the temperature was already at maximum and the issue was because the engine was too far from the room. Well, if it is a known issue perhaps Hilton should consider to change the system to central AC.

The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable The location is very good. The activities for children are very good.

At breakfast there is not a special bread, just industrial ones. There are no health food We ordered a Caesar Salad in room service and surprisingly a five star hotel don’t know how to prepare it. At lunch the menu is very poor of options and a simple cooked bean is terrible How can a five star hotel don’t have a chef to run a decent kitchen? One day I was waked with an alarm in the hallway. Next day a security knocked at my door by mistake At the checking the lady had a cold and wasn’t wearing a mask. Too bad administration!

The hotel provides excellent service, leisure options, fabulous buffet food for breakfast and dinner, great facilities and is well positioned for the Argentine and Brazil Falls. A tour guide Paulo was able to provide reasonably priced travel options for our small group of 4, one of whom had some serious mobility issues. On our 2 night stay we employed him to provide excursions to both the Argentine Falls ( dealing with immigration in both directions ) and Brazil Falls as well as a 1 hour visit to the amazing Hummingbird Gardens in Puerto de Iguazu. All in all a fabulous experience.

Maybe early dinner for children or separate dining area though in fairness most guests were adults.

Brand new, more international and calm than the larger and noisier Mabu, across the street. Has everything, nice pools, courts, restaurants (the Lebanese shoud get a michelin star). Close to a large mall, airport, Argentinian border, ferris wheel and the falls national park.

Lacks mature and well thought trees landscape, which is essential to provide shadows and biodiversity. Too much grass, too little trees. For this cozy approach, you should look for Wish or Belmond hotels, nearby, or Argentinean options (but the Argentinian city is much worse).

We really enjoyed the hotel; the Arabic restaurant was excellent, and the bar and pools were great too. There's an indoor pool for bad weather and an outdoor pool for better weather. The hotel offers fantastic activities, especially the Kids' Club, which our daughter loved. It's highly recommended for families. The bar has a billiard table and is a great place to relax. The spa area is also worth recommending; the massages were excellent. "The Reception: A Warm Welcome and Delicious Cookies Await"

The snack bar looked better than it tasted, but that's subjective.
