If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and cleanliness, this hotel is an excellent choice. The staff was very helpful and supportive. In particular, Rafael helped resolve an issue with the AC and provided invaluable advice about visiting Iguaçu Falls. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast had many options.

When I booked this, I thought there was only one bus station in Foz do Iguaçu. After I booked, I realized that the urban bus terminal is the one I wanted. It's not the hotel's fault, but hopefully, others can avoid my mistake. If you take an international bus or a bus from another city this is a convenient hotel. If you are taking the bus from IGU, you should look for a hotel near the urban bus station instead.

Super comfortable and clean, comfy beds, big bathroom, nice facilities. The location itself is not beautiful, but it's right beside the main bus station and a 10 minutes Uber to the main street with nice restaurants and bars.

The location is a bit ugly and you might see some homeless people roaming around

The staff is very friendly. Bruna, Antonio, Alexandro and others are very polite and helpful. Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Nice pool area with ping pong table, pool table and comfy cheats. Exceptional breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Not in the city center but not a big problem, close enough

The hotel is right across the street from the bus station, so it was very convenient for me. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was perfect. The staff is friendly, the night supervisor was especially helpful in helping me get to the waterfalls and how to get to the Argentinian side as well. Most of the staff speaks Spanish, so communication was easy.

It's a bit far from the city center and the restaurant was closed, but they help you order food if needed.

Windows are isolated, so it is pretty quiet. Breakfast is pretty good.

Their air conditioning has a lot of bugs and doesn t work properly. I asked for help and they insisted that the windows were open (which they were not) and they didn t fix it.

Very conveniently located close to the bus terminal. Clean and comfortable room with toiletries provided. Shower was very spacious which felt very luxurious.

It would be good to have something to cover the fruit with at breakfast - there were sometimes insects crawling around the table.

The curtains/blinds on windows seemed could not be opened. Not sure about the location. Seemed like it was not central enough. Definitely needs a car to get around.

I liked the room and the bed was amazing and so big. The breakfast was very complete and had all type of food.

The room could have water bottles for the price of the room.
