The views are spectacular, and the location is unbeatable, being right by the beach. The hotel provides solid infrastructure, making it easy for guests to enjoy the beach, swimming pools, and other common areas. It's particularly family-friendly, which we appreciated. The hotel offers access to a pantry stocked with utensils for families to prepare and enjoy meals for their little ones, along with free fruits, milk, oats, and more. The rooms are reasonably spacious, though you won't be spending much time indoors

With the exception of the baggage porters, who are very helpful and kind, some of the staff (especially the waiters) could be more friendly. They often appear to be in a grumpy mood, which unfortunately affects the overall atmosphere and service quality. As for the restaurant, they frequently run out of certain ingredients (such as the fruit toppings for the açaí bowl) or even entire menu items. The food, as expected, is generally overpriced. While the hotel is mostly clean, we did encounter cockroaches in both the restaurant and room areas on two separate occasions.

Super nice resort, didn't take advantage of the hotel pool while I was there, but did enjoy sitting on the beach, which was straight out of the back of the hotel. You could sit there and order on your room, which made the experience super easy. Porto De Galinhas was only a short taxi or uber ride which made going and doing things quite easy. Room was clean and cleaned regularly when I needed. All the staff were super friendly too, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. Despite my terribly limited Portuguese, we were still able to understand enough. For people who don't speak Portuguese, bring some form of translation device, it will help you get by!

It was a very family oriented resort. Not that that's a bad thing, but if you're traveling sans kids then you may get annoyed by the screaming ruggies at the pool. I favoured the beach, as this was much more child free.

The staff was very welcoming when we arrived late, the room was as clean as it could get. Comfortable beds and pillows, plus a balcony with a spectacular view to the pool and the beach. I was worried about the restaurant (we booked breakfast and dinner), as a reviewer said the food was awful and every morning and every night I told myself it was the best choice I could ever make. The buffet is amazing and changes every night, with plenty of food available during the whole service. The entertaining crew was always finding new things for our kid to do, in the pool or in the playroom. Kudos to everyone on the resort!

The building showed minor issues. The elevator didn't work for a few days, plus there was some water damage on the restaurant after a storm. For some reason, the breaded shrimp was served with the shell which made them barely eatable.

Lovely activities for kids at the hotel. I went on Easter season, and they had a bunch of stuff planned.

The bebriges prices were too high.

it was a really nice experience. greate and diverse food, we had breakfast and diner, the personal was very nice.

the himidity in all region is very high So the humudity in rooms is high enough and this creates a Little bit of disconfort.

Between 5pm to 7pm there was no hot water (sometimes even water) for shower. Smell at bathroom.

Our room was upstairs, and there was no elevator to get there. Two people in our group (of 6) experimented mixed eggs at the breakfast, and both had stomach issues throughout the day. Resort's crew paid attention to our complain.
