the pools, the location, the kids area, the hotel itself is beautiful

The attitude of the staff, we had a few issues with items we ordered and they were not happy to get requests to change things, they seemed to overcomplicate everything...the food is very expensive and not worth the price. The AC didn't work properly and had a very bright light which we couldn't switch off. When checking out, we found that we were being charged for things we didn't consume, not once but in 3 different occasions. When I said I found this not acceptable for a hotel of this standard (and price) the receptionist got really defensive and agressive...staff should receive better training in customer service!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The overall conditions of the hotel were good. The hotel is perfect for kids, because all the pools have this sort of shore where the kids can stay and so the adults in the deeper areas. The hotel offers buffet every night and it's country-themed, which is pretty cool, and it's around 20 bucks. The beach has warning signs of being dangerous, but in early mornings, with the low tides, there's a shore of about 200m that's totally safe and fun for the kids.

Few options for the water: the hotel will offer you (of course, as any other hotel in the world) water at some cost but not even a couple of free bottles of water are offered. This is an area of improvement. Considering the hotel is about 8 minutes from the city center (Porto de Galinhas), they could be more generous with the guests or at least make them aware of that.

The weather was amazing when we arrived and the whole location looked even better than in the pictures. We did not realise at the time of booking there was a massive play area for kids and that was a nice surprise too. The breakfast has a massive choice of amazing dishes and eating on the mezzanine with a view of the ocean was a real treat. Just like having a drink or eating on the side of the many pools in the middle of palm trees and the two great bands who played Live in the middle of the week on two separate nights. Everything about this Hotel was amazing, if it's your budget you won't be disappointed.

There is nothing we didn't like but there are aspects to be mindful of which could be problematic for some: 1) This hotel is in a part of Brazil where mainly locals/natives travel to. This means you won't meet many English-speaking guests and not all staff speak English. For us this was a plus, but one of us is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese 2) The standard rooms we had are typically on each side of the main pool/reception/eating area and only the end of the corridor has a window on the ocean. Moreover, the rooms are nice but quite simple and fairly small (as per the pictures). This didn't bother us as we only really stayed in our rooms for bedtime and showers.

The location, attention and care of the staff and all the facilities it offered was over the top! Great food, great playground and children activiities and amazing service. Good value for your money if you're looking for a place to rest and chill with your family.

The only thing that was not great but it was not horrible at all was the mattress.

We loved the facility and how we could just walk to the beach. Also, the hotel had a lot of fun entertainment for kids while parents could have fun.

The food was not great. Breakfast was amazing but the main meals were not typical cuisine from Pernambuco. We wished more authenticity.

I loved everything about this place! The location , great food, staff, the live music!!! Just wonderful !!!!

It was beautiful. We went with my 9 month old baby and they had everything I needed.

The place is really nice. The hotel has a lot of things planned for kids. For adults, they have shows, it was a lovely surprise.

The air conditioner was leaking all over the floor inside the room. That's all

Property is Very beautiful and located very close to the beach. Property was very clean and organized.

Friendly staff and special compliments to Mr Carlos in charge of overall security at the resort. We had a very unpleasant situation on uber ride towards the resort and Mr Carlos was very proactive helping us with the matter.

Food on buffet not tasty as should be in my opinion .
