The hotel is huge, from the reception to my room was almost a 3 minutes walk. WiFi is unstable, weak and sometimes gone. I thought it was because my room was far but the receptionist said it's the same in the whole hotel. Lovely swimming pool, very good breakfast but in the restaurant the chairs are too low or the tables too high. The room had a balcony but there were no chairs. The hotel is clean, very well located and if the WiFi had been o.k. I would have recommended.

It's not the hotel but Booking. In the app I got a free upgrade because of Genius level 3 but Booking charged the whole price. That happened to me before so don't trust 'free' upgrades from Booking!! When I complained they wanted tons of proof of details they already have got themselves and are impossible to provide while travelling. Very untrustwothy, don't believe free upgrades from Booking and all the things they say they offer Genius level 3!! Also did not get any priority service from Booking, just chatbots or people behaving like they are.

All the personal, incredible accommodating…very strategic location…decent good breakfast ..

A better view, whit natural ventilation…a larger closet…a feeling of more security, the balcony door, was not locking…# 208….

Location and Staff are unbeatable.

You clearly see that the place needs minor preventive maintenance or else bigger problemas will arise.

Quality / price good, location perfect, breakfast very good, nice pool.

Very weak or no WiFi which is a big problem while travelling. In a big hotel like this WiFi should be priority 1!

Friendly staff and good service

Needs a little bit maintenance work. Door to balcony didn't open. Next door to my appointment had problems locking and opening the door.
