Everyone there was extremely polite and friendly. The pool bar guys were amazing! The front desk people were amazing. Can't wait to get back there with my family. Thank you for everything!!!!

With its beautiful setting, excellent pool, dining, service, and buffet options, it’s easy to see why this is a favorite vacation destination for Brazilians.

The rooms are noticeably outdated, with broken doorknobs, loose bathroom fixtures, and scratched mirrors.

Facility

It was tired, old and not up to 5 stars stand. Room was old, and moldy. Food was poor.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and filled with issues across several areas. Right upon arrival, we encountered basic infrastructure problems: the shower had no water, and later, the bathroom floor was flooded due to drainage issues. On a previous stay, I also experienced a malfunctioning toilet flush. Comfort was also severely compromised. On one of the nights, it was impossible to sleep due to a party in the hotel’s event hall, with loud music playing until 5 a.m. The hall is very close to the rooms, making it extremely hard to get any rest. The hotel’s structure is visibly old and poorly maintained. Common areas looked abandoned, with a strong smell of insecticide and clear signs of neglect. The hotel has many stairs, and the only elevator does not reach all floors, making the stay quite difficult for elderly guests or people with mobility issues. In terms of cleanliness and safety, we had unacceptable experiences. A housekeeper threw away a personal medical item, which was expensive, without permission — showing a lack of care and respect for guests’ belongings. In another incident, I found an internal door in my room open, giving direct access to another guest’s room — a serious privacy and security breach. Even after reporting the issue, the solution provided was improvised and inadequate. The food was also disappointing. The afternoon coffee, advertised as a special feature, was simply a reuse of leftovers from breakfast. Meals overall were plain and flavorless, lacking the attention expected for the price charged. Given all these problems — excessive noise, lack of maintenance, cleanliness issues, unsatisfying meals, and even dangerous safety lapses — I do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.
