All of the pools are lovely. The buffet is great, as is the variety of beverages available. We had a great time.
Our room was a long way from the pools and eating areas and there is no lift. It’s difficult to access if you need a pram as we did (with a 7 month old baby). We carried the pram up and down the stairs each time as the ramp was at the other end of the property. I thought that was a bit of a pain.

Food was ok, good variety but only a few of them good quality. Room really nice, very comfortable but the toilet could be clean The location is wonderful, the beverage is low quality but never ends. Overall, It`s ok, worth the money.

4 diffirent swimming pool with nice view, nice beach
There are a lot of nuances that spoil the overall impression of the hotel, for example, there was not even soap in the room ... for a 4-star hotel, this is a shame. Food is also a question, the juices are all diluted with water, it would be better if they served 2 juices but natural, as in other hotels

buffet was poor. ridiculous that nobody even cleaned tables before we even sat down..!! Not even butter sachets to put on bread 🍞 and no napkins at all on tables..!! Really Poor all around..

Only that is a beach front
The food is awful, some even not eatable The hotel puts a very loud sound on the restaurant and swimming pools (forró, sertanejo and other Brazilian musics) The hotel does not have any beach service and once you get to the beach local people will try to rent you chairs The hotel was overcrowded, and their no hotels rules, so their were people with loud speaker even over the hotel loud sound. Their was no soap or shampoo in the room bathroom This is an expensive hotel compared to the local options. I felt an idiot to pay for it!
