the service was exceptional initially I had 2 problems with the room 1. the light in the bathroom didn’t work and 2. the sink was draining the water very slowly so I told them straight away and they fixed it pretty much immediately I was very impressed with the level of service and I loved the fact they had Netflix in the room, the bed was really comfortable and the cleanliness and hygiene was amazing and location in front of the beach and shops restaurants and markets nearby … I am very happy with this place I will definitely return there the next time I’m in Natal

the breakfast could’ve been better and the fact one needs to book in the breakfast times was annoying and I think the bathroom window should’ve had frosted glass and they had no curtain on the window

The view from the pool area is amazing. It’s right in front of the beach. The place is great for those who enjoy waking up early and taking a walk on the waterfront. The breakfast for me was good, not the best one I’ve had in a hotel. The amount I paid was good for everything the hotel offered. Parking is limited, but I did get a spot during my stay. The hotel staff is very helpful, warm, and friendly. I do recommend this hotel and would go back there.

Great staff, very good breakfast, location is great. However we were without electricity and water on the last day, the windows deserve a good cleaning. Also the rooms could do with a bit of love on the cleaning. I do like the hotel for the sfatt and location.

The pool area and the location, you have the beach at 50m. The staff was really good, specially the cleaning people, very kind.

The Wi-Fi was really bad and they lack a good system to charge for drinks. They also charge you if you need plates and silverware.

If you want a good night sleep this in not the place for you. It was so loud people slamming doors all night, staff arriving at 5am, drunk people, construction workers and the staff do not say anything. People were shouting down the corridor at each other at 3am and I had to tell them to stop. In addition the breakfast is small and mismanaged and the check-in was a nightmare being told I had no booking and not believing the email I showed them before realising they did not understand my name.

There where flys everywhere, they kept the doors open in the lobby all the time so cockroaches where in the hotel lobby and in the rooms. The maintenance in the rooms was poor. Shower drains that would overfill into the bathroom floor. Beds that are literally falling apart. Lights in the hallway and even in the rooms that didn’t even work. In some case it’s understandable If the hotel is under remodeling but the majority of their problems could have been fixed easily with simple maintenance. I highly recommend choosing your options when booking here
