the service was exceptional initially I had 2 problems with the room 1. the light in the bathroom didn’t work and 2. the sink was draining the water very slowly so I told them straight away and they fixed it pretty much immediately I was very impressed with the level of service and I loved the fact they had Netflix in the room, the bed was really comfortable and the cleanliness and hygiene was amazing and location in front of the beach and shops restaurants and markets nearby … I am very happy with this place I will definitely return there the next time I’m in Natal

the breakfast could’ve been better and the fact one needs to book in the breakfast times was annoying and I think the bathroom window should’ve had frosted glass and they had no curtain on the window

The view from the pool area is amazing. It’s right in front of the beach. The place is great for those who enjoy waking up early and taking a walk on the waterfront. The breakfast for me was good, not the best one I’ve had in a hotel. The amount I paid was good for everything the hotel offered. Parking is limited, but I did get a spot during my stay. The hotel staff is very helpful, warm, and friendly. I do recommend this hotel and would go back there.

Great staff, very good breakfast, location is great. However we were without electricity and water on the last day, the windows deserve a good cleaning. Also the rooms could do with a bit of love on the cleaning. I do like the hotel for the sfatt and location.

The pool area and the location, you have the beach at 50m. The staff was really good, specially the cleaning people, very kind.

The Wi-Fi was really bad and they lack a good system to charge for drinks. They also charge you if you need plates and silverware.

If you want a good night sleep this in not the place for you. It was so loud people slamming doors all night, staff arriving at 5am, drunk people, construction workers and the staff do not say anything. People were shouting down the corridor at each other at 3am and I had to tell them to stop. In addition the breakfast is small and mismanaged and the check-in was a nightmare being told I had no booking and not believing the email I showed them before realising they did not understand my name.

Dinner was very good (chicken parmigiana), the location is good and central, and some employees are better prepared, unfortunately, they are few.

In summary, our stay at the hotel was marred by a cascade of issues that significantly detracted from the overall experience. From the onset, problems with the power card persisted, leading to frequent interruptions, and despite attempts to address the issue, a lasting solution was not provided. Hygiene concerns extended beyond the initial discovery of hair in the bathroom to ongoing challenges with the shower and a questionable towel replacement policy. The uncomfortable bed and pillows, coupled with stained linens, underscored the hotel's disregard for guest comfort. Technical malfunctions, from slow and unreliable WiFi to air conditioning and TV remote troubles, highlighted a lack of maintenance and an unprepared staff. The protracted and avoidable resolution to the TV remote issue exemplified a recurring theme of the staff's dismissiveness toward guest feedback. Moreover, the hotel's dependency on internet connectivity for the TV exacerbated existing issues, contributing to a frustrating and disrupted in-room entertainment experience. The sporadic cleaning and sanitization, potentially influenced by the peculiar power card policy, further underscored the hotel's neglect of basic cleanliness standards. The repeated malfunction of the room card, requiring multiple visits to the front desk and eventually necessitating a replacement, pointed to fundamental infrastructure problems. The presence of a cockroach in the hallway upon our return raised concerns about pest control and overall cleanliness. The dissatisfaction echoed not only in our experiences but also in the constant grievances voiced by other guests, highlighting systemic issues in various aspects of the hotel's operations. In summary, the hotel's inadequacies in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service overshadowed any positive aspects, creating an overall disappointing and uncomfortable stay.
