The staff is very friendly and they’ll go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
The rooftop doesn’t have chairs for getting tanned and enjoying the sunshine. Aside from that it’s pretty great

The internet work but there are some limitations. I also would recommend to the hotel to change the courtains of the bedroons, they are not thick enough to block the sun light at the morning.

It's such a familiar place for us as a family to go every year. It is clean and comfortable.
Breakfast seem to have been reduced but it's still of quality.

We stayed six nights. The sheet on the double bed was short and every night it came out of place, leaving the body in direct contact with the mattress. It was asked twice to arrange the exchange and it was not done.

Spectacular cityscape with the river in the background. Beautiful surroundings as well with plenty of green spaces. At the same time, still connected with its urban heart.

The staff was very nice and helpful - both from the reception and from the restaurant. The breakfast food was good. Very reasonable minibar prices. My accommodation was always clean and pleasant to stay inside.
Not much variety for breakfast. In the hotel room, the bedroom doorframe was loose, the paint on the bathroom ceiling had peeled off, and the blind had been broken. (The blind was fixed as soon as I communicated with the staff.)

the location is awesome, in front of the Marinha do Brasil park not too far from the Guaiba orla. the staff very friendly.
to get to the parking lot have to get someone to open the gate, but not a big deal.

Beds big soft comfortable, balcony good to air rooms. Staff very nice and generous breakfast buffet.
pool area waste time , shame they don’t renovate this could be a feature. Rooms dated, very clean, and aired not musty.
