Good room size and view from the room on the 14th floor. Restaurant and menu very good. Breakfast very good. There was buffet dinner (this was during the carnival) and it was very good and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful, especially reception staff in giving directions and answering questions about Rio. Location close to the Olympic Park, and also close to the BRT public transport station (if you plan to use that).

No complimentary drinking water in the rooms, especially given how hot Rio is. You have to purchase all your water from the reception as there are no shops nearby. Reception could not lend me an electrical adapter for my UK plugs. They required me to buy one from them. Other hotels I had been in Brazil happily lent me one to use. Hotel location is far from Copacabana and similar areas, but Uber is readily available to help.

Good hotel, nice facilities, excelent breakfast. Room with a good view to the mountains. Good bed and very clean.

Location. It is near the olympic park, tha means, far from everything in Rio if you don't have a car. It is a good walk to Riocentro (the convention center) and Jeneuse Arena. But it is far from everything else. So, go only with a car. The pool water was a little murky, and people were using loudspeakers in the pool with loud music. Loudspeakers should be prohibited in the common areas. Yeah, I know, it is education, but it should at least be prohibited by the hotel.

Hotel's personel were friendly and quick (and very effective) to help. I have to make special mention of Artur, in the lobby, who provided us with accurate and very effective info when we requested it. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient in every aspect we needed, and the cleaning staff was almost invisible, but very thorough in their work.

TV was very spotty, to say the least. Signal went out every 2-3 minutes, particularly in the afternoon and at night, making it impossible to enjoy anything on.

The room was perfect for what I needed. The bed was great, the water was warm, and the working table had everything I needed. I didn't have time to go to the pool and use it, but I went to the gym even though there was transport broken. It was super good. I got the room 710 on Courtyard and it was right in front of the lift.

The glass on the shower couldn't close completely to the floor, and the part was always wet after a shower. This would be the only part I wish to change in the room experience.

Breakfast was great, the tapioca and omlette chef was wonderful. Everything was wonderful, room service was prompt and the restaurant food was excellent, not one disappointment in a week's stay. The bistro burger, wow, the pasta carbonara, as well. All very very good.

I had an exceptional experience with the whole staff, they were very helpfull since the check-in until the check-out. The cost I think it was expensive compared with others hotel in the region, but the staff was very nice. Other thing that I think is not according with the region price is the breakfast price, R$ 57,00 for it, no way...

breakfast price was very expensive per what they provide (could be 50% of the current value), only thing that I noticed is that there´s no security cameras on the emergency exit (stairs) maybe a security breach.

I really enjoyed my breakfast. There was so much selection. They have a great omelette bar too!I have mobility issues and the wait staff took great care to assist me.

Extraordinary support from reception manager solving medical issue. Clean rooms

Hotel is isolated and traffic jams around hotel doesn't make transport easy. Dirty windows, barely could see outside. Paper-thin walls, you hear everything from adjanced rooms.
