The design is spectacular. Someone MUST( among the architects) noticed the environment. The view is astonishing! The wall to wall window, the bed pointing at the window(view), the little round window to the bathroom which allows you a peek to the view from the bathroom. Brilliant!

It’s obviously distant from Barra beach, if you were looking for it. It will cost you a £10.00 Uber ( black) or less to get there. Please check public transport. I was just not interested so I didn’t investigate.

The hotel is quite new (or refurnished) with a very good location, with ease access (by car) to restaurants, bars, shopping centres, beaches, parks. Breakfast is nice as well, but could be better organised by staff. A very good grade should be addressed to the free parking lot.

There could be more available staff at the reception desk, as there was always a queue for the clients to be attended. Also, a better management of staff during the breakfast should be addressed, as there were unavailable tables (dirty) while some clients still waiting for them. The pool is quite small for the number of guests.

We enjoyed our stay, it was a really nice hotel, room was clean, the staff were very helpful, breakfast was great. Nothing to complain about.

Location is great if you just move around Barra da Tijuca neighbour, it is too far from Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. Other than that it was an excellent stay for us.

Great value hotel, very clean and felt luxurious. Pool was beautiful and lots of places to relax. Breakfast was extremely extensive! Comfortable beds and room was perfect temperature.

The staff were very difficult to interact with. Once we eventually ordered food by the pool, we waited 1 hour for it to come (including our drinks which were just a can of coke and a bottle of water!), when the food came it was missing half the items and when we asked, we then waited another 30 minutes for them to correct it. No apologies and even seemed to be annoyed with us asking about it! The location is a little out of the way which means it feels safe but it is on a busy main road and no easy access except with car/taxi. Okay if you don't plan on leaving much! No kettle in the room or easy access to hot water (again, waited 20 minutes when we asked!)

literally less than 2min from riocentro, which was where i worked for the duration of my stay. the room was very comfortable.

other than being right next to riocentro, it’s pretty poorly localized. there’s a brt stop 5min away and pretty much nothing else within walking distance.

The staff was amazingly polite and ready to help with any requests. I traveled to pick up my cat which was being repatriated and the hotel even provided a bed and feeders. The bed was awesome and the view...wow. Very modern bathroom and shower with great water pressure. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

Because of my cat being in the room,I chose to leave the 'no disturb 'sign at the door but when I returned the room had been cleaned. Luckily the cat was scared and stayed under the bed all the time but had it been a dog or a wild cat,things could have been unpleasant, or the pet could have escaped.

Great staff. Great rooms and great hotel!

The only negative aspect of the hotel was the road beside it. Each time we were going home from different places, the drive always took long time because of having to make an U-turn, which was pretty long.

It is a clean hotel in general. A suggestion to the hotel would be to have towels available as well at the hamam and sauna area.

There is not enough people who speaks English. Therefore I had communication problems from the start. Only the reception speaks English.

Breakfast was good, with variety of food and juices. Good hotel structure and friendly staff.

Room wasn’t sound proof. In our last night we were disturbed by a very noisy guest at the next room. We complained to the reception and they sent someone to resolve the issue.

Beautiful hotel and good price. Great buffet breakfast. You can order tapioca and omelette as well. Nice amenities (gym and sauna) 6 am to 9 pm. Nice staff. Rooms are modern and beautiful.

Parking was behind hotel. Bit of a hike from main entrance. Location away from center as expected, 45 minutes to tourist attractions
