Quiet place. Isolated classy area. Nice surroundings with good taste stores and businesses. Gym near by. Transportation available. Parking area for big cars.The food was good. Breakfast were tasteful and healthy. Good facilities. Nice pool on the rooftop. I liked it a lot. Intent to come down here in a near future most definitely. I'm glad I've had a good experience at this hotel. Cheers!

The over-the-counter employees at the desk office sometimes seem to be a bit sluggish or slow at performing some simple procedures such as check-in/check-out stuff. Other times, unprepared or unexperienced as far as social or business etiquette goes such as not attending first someone who jumped the line behind you and stuff of that nature...Perhaps it comes with the territory since they are youngters at their first job. Maybe one or two experienced managers over their shoulders to make sure they work efficciently would do...that's my suggestion. By the way, the elevators were a downside too. It took me years for the elevator get to my floor...I decided to take the stairs...I got strong legs because of that...lol Cheers!!!

I loved the staff, always welcoming and with a smile on their faces. The manager was handling all the requests very respectfully and promptly helped when necessary. We went ion high season so everybody was willing to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Room was very clean but shower was leaking a lot of water Location was amazing!

The whole hotel had everything to offer. The staff were so friendly and really made you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean with great views from the balcony. The rooftop pool and gym are brilliant too. Breakfast was great, with a whole range of different tastes to please everyone.

Small rooms, old furniture. The elevators did not worked well, the problem was that the hotel was probably fully booked and we had to wait sometimes 20 minutes or more to go up or down. The staff does not speak English, only 2 of them could communicate with us. Every day same food for breakfast, nothing new in 9 days.

Cleanliness, attention

Chewable Stuff are supply into the room without my concern and later we will be charge for it by force . We check out remaining one day but we didn’t have a refund though we ask for it , but it was not given .

Breakfast was great (coffee itself could be better), lot of options and all fresh! The structure looks a bit damaged but all the staff were kind enough to make it better. I wish they could feel more as part of the business, so they surely would care even more about the hotel and themselves (uniforms and all). Care is love.

Just not so close to Rio city centre and the hotel was too big and a bit empty, I felt a bit afraid, but nothing happened. Just feelings.

The location was amazing, right in front of the bus stop, easy access for uber/taxi. Very clean hotel, the staff is very prepared and polite. Room is comfy, the shower was amazing.

Breakfast could start at 5am.

Obrigada friendly hotel reception people, Dilma, Renato, Julio. Good and delicious breakfast, and buffet lunch and dinner with good price.

Economic rooms are not comfortable and no view.
