Hotel is nice. My room had a view that was also really nice. Breakfast was great with many options. Staff was very friendly and supportive, because I don’t speak Portuguese. All staff were friendly and attentive. Rodrigo was so helpful and I can’t thank him enough.

Excellent rooms, new infrastructure, overall friendly service. Its worth taking the luxury room.

The usual boring Brazilian breakfast, with cheap sausages, milky eggs and hundreds of cakes. No options for Continental or American breakfast, which at that price should come together with a price.

we were staying in deluxe king room, bed was super comfy and big, room was big with nice view. staff is very nice.

cleaning could be done better, wife had also some connection problems.
