The location is just perfect, perfect view from veranda and rooftop over the beach of Recreio till Barra beach, in my opinion Recreio beach is way more beautiful than famos Copacabana.

The room was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean. The hotel has inhouse restaurant and a selection of restaurants within short distances. The staff during breakfast was very response and the restaurant itself had a variety of selection from cold to hot eats. The hotel provided beach towels and chairs, a plus for visitors using a plane. The pool is also nice and user-friendly.

Due to the nature of the location on a beachfront, there is a number of kiosks opposite the hotel that keep music very loud to later hours.

That our cards didn’t work so we had to pay cash and get it from there atm and they took a big fee other then that it was good

The hotel staff was great and helped with everything, the hotel's location is excellent and is located on the seafront, the excellent pool is on the roof of the hotel and overlooks the sea, and the pool bar is also excellent. I got an upgrade for my room and it was really great, the room was clean and big, there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel and the breakfast at the hotel was also good.

The toilet and shower were small.

Everything was great in general, breakfast was great and bed was very comfortable with many pillows.

The seaview rooms could have better sound isolation as you can almost hear everything happening in the street in front (I used my earplugs everyday as I am a light sleeper). The gym is too small to allow a personal trainer constantly using the facilities to run classes for people who are not even guests of the hotel, this made no sense.

Clean, great service, great food.

Check in confusion due to staff thinking the price was 50% higher than the price I booked at.

Excellent location just a stone throw from beautiful Recreio beach. Beach towels and parasols provided for free. Good breakfast. The view from the balcony was stunning. Comfortable room.

As decor is all-white cleaning should be near perfect which wasn't the case. Furniture showed some signs of wear, the same as the bathroom's door. Annoying safety policy of giving you a paper wrist band to wear during your stay. We removed it and private security guards kept approaching us to ask us to identify ourselves with our room number. Even though they were polite it was a bit intrusive and annoying to be asked 4 times on the same day by the same person who we were.

We really loved the style and white colors. Location was great the beach just on the front of the hotel they give you towels and the hotel has chains and umbrellas on the beach. Breakfast was good in nice clean place with nice view. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for clothes and nice working area. Big comfy beds and balcony with great view. We were amazed with roof top pool it was big enough clean warm and just beautiful. The stuff was helpful

Frigobar was kind of expensive and nobody really counted what was used

We went half board and really liked the food, there was a great variety of it, really good quality as well. The drinks at the bar were quite expensive we thought but they were really good. The restaurant staff were lovely as well. The bedroom was great with good AC and comfortable bed. Good access to a gym (bit small but it’s well equipped with good machines).

The pool area is quite small for the number of people staying at the hotel. We felt as though there was no flexibility around the check out (ie. Ability to use the facilities whilst waiting for transfer).

THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM AND THE POOL ARE AMAZING. THE BEACH IS MUCH MORE QUIET AND DRINKS ARE CHEAPER THAN CENTRAL RIO. AMAZING ROUTES FOR RUN AND CYCLE TO THE WEST OF THE COAST. FELT RELATIVELY SAFE. WE SPENT TWO DAYS TO RELAX ON THE BEACH AND WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL IN IPANEMA TO DO SIGHTSEEINGS. THAT WAS THE BEST DECISION IF YOU HAVE A BIT MORE TIME.

THE HOTEL IS QUITE OLD, HENCE POORLY MAINTAINED AND NOT VERY CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST WAS A BIT ABOVE AVERAGE. THERE ARE NOT MANY FACILITIES AROUND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD.
