Well located, near by a major mall, gyms, supermarket and so on, peaceful setting and full of opportunities to those aware of heir surroundings. Plans to come back again in a near time soon.

Sometimes there were glitches in the elevators on the way up and the room door locked even with room cardkey on..., that cost me a few minutes more than usual to fix but nothin' that compromises the hotel service. Maybe there should be more surveillance over the employees that circulate in the corridors too often without no apparent reason...

My second time staying here and it was just as good. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The location next to the mall and restaurants is also very convenient. It's a great hotel and I'll for sure stay here again.

The hotel is located right next to the shopping centre. There are restaurants galore and you can get everything you need there. The hotel has a good breakfast availability and the food is of a pretty reasonable standard. The gymnasium affiliated to the hotel is excellent. Plenty of staff to assist with your work our and lots of machines and free weights so there's never any queueing, avoid peak times though as it does get quite busy.

There's not a lot of info in your room when you arrive.......... like breakfast timings, things to do around the area etc. The car parking is convenient, right next to the hotel but costs a quite a bit to park............. 25 nights carparking charges ended up being quite a cost. The laundry, although very good, is expensive. They do a cracking job but you're talking around £40 for a weeks worth of work clothes.

Very nice. Staff is wonderful, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel is clean, beds comfortable, good breakfast . If I could say anything I wish was better would be more space to hang clothes for someone who comes for a longer stay like more than one week.

It was a really great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and up to standard. The location next to the mall makes it super convenient, too.

The only downside is that there was no kettle in the room for making hot drinks, but there was great coffee at the complimentary breakfast which made up for it.

The breakfast is satisfactory. I recommend fixing the water leaks from the shower ploor tod the outside and in the tap on the bathroom counter (room 407).

The breakfast was good. Quite a selection to choose from.

We paid on arrival and we paid by card in the local currency, but the hotel applied it's own exchange rate and didn't allow the card issuer to apply it's exchange rate. This meant an extra approx 8% after exchange!

The area is nice , the hotel is relatively clean and it’s a good value for the price
