The installations were of good taste, quiet, luxurious. The interior design was pleasing to the view, modern, sophisticated and clean. Located in a mall area, you have withing your grasp all together combined into one. High cuisine restaurants, modern gyms, large area for physical activities and so on. On the rooftop, there's a restaurant for the guests who stay at the hotel. There's also sauna and a pool for those who wish to sunbathe without go to the beaches near by the area. Intent to stay in this hotel once again for many years to come.

Cons .The pool could be bigger and deeper. Pros: The hygiene of the area was imppecable Classy place. The rooftop is like a lounge.

Pool area, restaurant at the rooftop, delicious food for dinner, the interior design of the hotel superb. Quiet and peaceful rooms and corridors. Total privacy you might need to enjoy your staying. The rooms are luxurious, sophisticated, well-decorated and organised. It felt like home.

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I had a short staying since I was on my way to other destination. And decided to stay at this place in-between just to rest my body and recover from the hot sizzling summertime with its high temperatures...I had a wonderful surprise. Next time I'll have a longer staying there. This was the first of a few others yet to come in a near future. Cheers!

- Breakfast options: diverse and plenty. Very good to see. - Location: in a shopping mall full of options for restaurants /bars and some interesting stores for shopping. - 5th Floor rooms are well maintained and the high view was great. - Gym: Bodytech in the shopping mall is a great option

- Parking: although it is easier to park, in my perspective, this should be included as a courtesy. R$40 per day seems quite expensive. - Bathroom: needs a deep cleaning on the floor as some mold is starting to build up in the shower floor - Sauna was not hot enough. Also needs some cleaning.

- Breakfast options - Location, in a very nice shopping mall - Decoration of the rooms: simple, beautiful and efficient - Staff was very helpful - Partnership with top-notch Fitness Center

- 2nd floor rooms are starting to be weary. They need a renovation. - Parking is plenty but expensive (R$40 per day). For the value of the hotel, it could be included in the daily rates.

I liked the location and the surrounds, convenient for food, shopping relaxation. Spacious room. Good breakfast. The staff couldn't be more helpful.

Unfortunately, the cleaning was a problem, such a lovely hotel but they need to improve.

It was beautiful but it was not well maintained. I can see it was once a beautiful property, but there were many broken things in the room. I liked that it was connected to a mall.

The shower was weak. Many broken things.

The location is great! Many good restaurants and bars located in the mall attached to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food at the breakfast was subpar, the towels were stained and old, the parking is very expensive in comparison with other comparable hotels.

All was designed, great materials & room size are really confortable. Also a complete breakfast!

Only one comment, that we need to ask several times about the towels/ add more shampoo that didn’t replace when they clean the room.

I like the location and its safety. Staff are friendly and helpful and the cost is right.

Minor maintenance repairs.

Nice rooms, great location for where we needed to be (near my sister’s apartment in that same complex), the beach nearby is great. Breakfast is delicious.
