The room

The resturant menu. Specially there was a separate menu for people who booked half board option. Felt like discriminated. The dinner buffet was skipped without any proper justification and the food option was very limited. No proper transport service. The hotel is very far from copacabana beach.

The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, the area feels very safe, and the breakfast was amazing! The facilities are super convenient too — with a gym, pool, restaurant, and room service. The hotel offers a shuttle for the beach.Overall, a great value for the price.

The only thing, I was frustrated about was the room service. We had to ask several times to have our room cleaned after the first night. Since we were out the whole day, we expected the room to be clean when we got back, but it wasn’t. We ended up having to ask again and wait downstairs while they cleaned it.

Great looking hotel with a nice view with the front still open, even though there is some construction ongoing on the front you dont notice it from the room on the higher floors at least. Breakfast was good, one morning the chef was there and was serving guests himself - thats a great tell of care for guests. Lovely staff!

Cant really mention anything here, I just had a really good stay. If i have to really mention it it would be the gym didnt have a lot of things but even then - i could do all i needed.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly, attentions and helpful staff. Quiet rooms, with good acoustic insulation. The lunch buffet is very good, and good value for money. So is dinner. Excellent location - very close to the beach (10 minutes walking. Note that Barra is a 20 minute drive from Rio’s more touristic south zone). Hotel parking is good value for money.

Overall the room was clean, except for the bathroom: it had not been cleaned very well before our arrival. The bathroom was also quite used and could do with some renovation and better cleaning. You could hear the neighboring bathroom through the air vent.

Great value hotel in good location. Breakfast included, with local items included. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value restaurant and close to other options in area. Short walk to beach, 25 min walk to Metro or short taxi. Allowing easy access to all beaches/attractions. Taxi to large Barra Shopping Mall cheap and whole area felt safe and friendly. Large supermarket 5 min walk for water etc. Recommended.

The hotel was very good located, walking distance to the beach, shopping area, restaurant. Breakfast delicious and restaurant very good. Very clean hotel . Very dog friendly hotel! Special thanks to Jordania, Martin and Laura who were exceptional friendly and made for the job. We will visit Rio again and stay with you guys again. The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help. They promptly provided toiletries I had forgotten at home. The breakfast was impressive with a full table with many options, including gluten-free and vegan ones. I appreciated the view and the infrastructure of the hotel. It was a good cost-benefit considering everything.

The location at Barra is not really accessible for tourism, it is very far from the city center, the airport, or any other place aside from Barra itself. But since I had work commitments in the neighborhood it was a solid option.

Cozy and comfortable bed. Friendly staff, Amazing breakfast.

The pool is kinda sad. There was a very rude guy at the reception. I Wasn’t able to get his name because his name tag was flipped around. The couple who I was with also had a very poor experience with this gentleman. Recommend that he work in an office away from people. Very rude. Totally not acceptable to be recovering guest as the walk in.

First the Staff are very professional and friendly . Specially Jonatan ( very professional) , Bianca friendly and helpful, Paulo speaks good English and very friendly . Staff professional and helpful. Good break fast and clean Rooms and good room size . Near downtown shopping , and Barra shopping.

All great . If you like to go to another part of the city you need a Metro .

Brilliant hotel with delicious breakfast

We didn't love the location, although the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the beach, this wasn't there to collect us and bring us home at the time we were told, so we ended up having to walk back. We don't mind walking, but weren't sure of the safety of the area as it was our first day.
