I liked almost everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful . Great location and amenities from a walking distance from the hotel. Our room was always cleaned even on the days we didn't request because we didn't want to bother,which it felt so good coming back to the rooms and seeing that it was cleaned and new towels were given every single day- my special thanks to the room keepers. I will definitely be coming back and can't wait. Rio has been a dream come through and Even more special with the choice we made by staying at this beautiful Hotel. :)

The salon could have been better. I've used the service as I wanted to have a manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the service. The lady did a "manicure " which was dry. I honestly was expecting a much better service. She didn't even asked to wash my hands at any point during the whole process of doing my nails,which was a completely let down and of which made me not do the pedicure as she said it would be a "dry" one too. That was a real shame,but other than that ,everything else was fine with the hotel. But please,that was my personal experience, maybe you will be lucky enough in getting a proper manicure.

Excellent Breakfast, big choice of food including eggs/omelettes made to order. Quality of the bread was excellent. Hotel was right on the sea front and had excellent views from the roof top pool. Reception staff were very helpful and took time to make enquiries on our behalf for places we planned to visit. All the staff were very good, respectful and pleasant. Location was very secure and safe and there was a chemist and convenience store very near by. Beach/Pool Towel service was very good.

No Tea/Coffee making facilities in our rooms. Door key cards were constantly failing and needed to be reprogrammed. Reception could be busy around checkout and check in times meaning a wait sometimes for other enquiries including door key reprogramming.

Good hotel with probably the best view in the area from the pool bar and rooms where you can see both sunset and sunrise. You can train in a gym with a view. Rooms are very clean, cool and comfortable, with great view on sea, beach and mountains.

Food is not the best here, often very dry and too costly, but it’s common for chain hotels. And it’s far from city, if the purpose is to see Rio, better stay in Rio. This is a safe and very good beach area. For families, there are bot many baby facilities, but in general it’s good and cool.

Room at the side of the hotel with good city and beach views. Good naturally heated swimming pool, warm if the sun shines and cooler if not. Excellent breakfast. Attentive restaurant staff with good value for money on a la carte. Reception staff very helpful.

The second of two buffet dinners was over cooked. The first was fine and offered a decent range of courses. Wi-Fi was a problem, particularly when the conference was busy with conference attendees, and in order to access my airline website I had to resort to a 4G based UniFi WiFi which cost me extra on several days.

Breakfast was nice, great variety of food to choose from. Staff was nice, great service. Prices for roomservice anddelicious food is on point. Beach is up close, just across the street, which is nice. Also rooftop pool is a great place for sunset.

Overall room seems tired, but overall it was clean and comfy. Cabinets were noisy, but I got used to it. Wooden furniture had specific smell of old furniture, but I got used to it also. Seemed overprice, but I was traveling at the tome of big tech event, so it makes sense.

generally great stay, safe was not working and housekeeping forgot towels once. But staff was quick to sort stuff out and the location is very nice with beachfront access. Also rooms were quiete large. also important to note is that the location is perfect for relaxation but if you are a tourist wanting to see rio de janeiro, all the important places are about an hour drive. Breakfast was standard, nothing too exceptional.

Location is just opposite the beach so great views. Comfortable beds & pillows. Friendly staff. Exceptional room service. Definitely recommend trying the burgers. Also the buffet in the restaurant was very nice with a wide variety of options. Concierge always on hand to support with Taxis or Ubers.

Not the hotels fault but stay clear of the in house hairdressers! Completely ruined my hair. Went for a root tint but ended up going from a blonde to a brunette!!!! Said he would refund but didn’t 😡 Roof top swimming pool does get busy & sometimes it is difficult to find a sun lounger or chair around the pool or the snack bar.

The hotel is eight across from the beach. There are small restaurants within walking distance. You do need a car to go most places, though. We loved the family room. We usually have to ask reception for adjoining rooms when we travel and it’s always a gamble whether we’ll get it (and even whether the rooms will be located on the same floor). Their set up here was the best I’ve seen for families, short of renting a house/an apartment. Wifi was also great!

Lovely Hotel, really nice staff and breakfast. Would really recommended. 30 minutes away from GIG or 1 hour in rash hour. Restaurant at the hotel and a lot of places to eat nearby too.

The hotel does not have beach services. You can rent apart on the beach but if you are looking for a hotel with service this is not the one for you.

The room and the service were great! Especially, the breakfast was incredible - there are many options to choose from and they even changed the variety a bit each day such as cookies and muffins. The waiters were very friendly and took good care - especially Sergio, who was lovely and very welcoming!!

The hotel does not offer beach equipment such as beach chairs. However, you get beach towels. I love the idea not to change towels in our room every day to save water and to protect the environment. Nevertheless, our towels were changed every single day even though there was a sign with the same request to protect the environment.
