The location is PERFECT. The free parking is a $50.00 benefit as this is the discounted rate for parking overnight in other Hotels. The room is small but comfortable, air conditioning works and the TV has a huge option of channels . The community kitchen helps you save money by having a FULL refrigerator and total use of appliances. I purchased my favorite foods and cooked them whenever I wanted. Also the house is located in a PRIVATE condominium with GREAT (and friendly) SECURITY guards. The staff is also super friendly and it was hard to stop the conversation ...

I confess that it was weird to be in a room without a window, however it really didn't affect me, after I got comfortable in the room and the other guests were always respectful and quiet. It was just a surprise when I arrived.

It was very nice, spacious and it has a great kitchen. The staff was also very nice. It’s also very close to the beach

It was a big far from central but it was alright because there were buses that operated quite frequently. It went to lapa, copacabana and more. Bus costs about R$ 4.30 one way.

Very accomodating , allowed me to checkout after hours at no extra cost!

Did not realise that it was a shared homestay kind of place where different rooms were given to different sets of people. Everybody was nice. But there was a lot of coming and going.

Basically all sheets and towels need to be renewed- quite a lot stains and dirt on them.

Mouldy bathroom and mattress. Very bad cleaning in general, room, bathroom and common kitchen. Lack of security. The gate to the house was wide open 24hs. The lock in my room didn't work one night , owner didn't respond. I had to get help from other people on the condominium to contact someone. After complaining to booking they changed my room, a little less mouldy, bearable. But really awful experience.

The position was good and it was not expensive. The receptionist waited for us after check-in time because we were delayed.

The bedsheets had been changed, but other than this the room clearly handn't been cleaned. We found hairs and dust everywhere and signs of old water splash on the mirror and on the shower walls.

Infrastructure: the room is super small and there is no shelf or place to put your belongings. Also the place is not well maintained with some scratches on the wall. Cleanliness: bad, the room is not fully cleaned. There were spider webs behind the door and the bed sheets were not good Organization: on the third day I was communicated that they need to change the AC system in the room. They didn’t wait for my check out and it was very inconvenient. The room was messy and after that I left the place even one day before because it was an unacceptable situation. Staff: the staff are friendly but they are either exhausted or not happy at all, they don’t no smile and seems to be overloaded.

This place is a scam... reviews do not reflect the place. Everywhere is dirty and neglected big time. My first room bathroom was not cleaned at all. I could see hairs everywhere and fecal dirt on the toilet. I raised this concern and then I was moved to another room. This room smelled sewage very heavily, and the vanity plumbing was broken and leaking. I raised the concerns immediately but the plumbing was only fixed the next day. Smell is has not been fixed. There is mold everywhere. This place is far from sanitary and unhygienic. Just disgusting. The rooms also are so small you don't have any place to put your clothes

Room number two was unhealthy, had a strong musty smell, was dirty and the bedding was old. I arrived around 11pm and had to look for another place to stay. The hosted refunded the cost for the remaining days, but I had to pay for the first night. Another point of attention, the room only contains one energy plug.
