The location, it is clean and have a great restaurant nearby!

Onde again I arrive and they have not reserved the rooms that I asked for, they really need to improve in that, I booked two rooms with a full or queen bed and surprise that told me they will see it, I called twice to verified, so my checking took about 30 or 40 minutes! Very disappointed but by the end the guy helped me* I said to him that was not help that was what I booked! Well is always same thing so they really need to improve this because the hotel has a lot good points but this can start ruin any one vacation’s before even started!

Very nice buffet breakfast and dinner. Great poolside tables. Access to beach. tTriple room has plenty of space for 3.

Beds are older style. Large bed is actually 2 twin beds together. Beach is not great for swimming or walking

This hotel is next to airport, it has an own taxi spot in front of the reception. Good food and cold drinks, cleaned rooms and gardens. It is amazing just being in front of sea. Amazing ! I will return next year.

Some furniture and mirrors are old and some workers aren't welcome. The water price in the menu was about 500 ml bottle, but inside of fridge there were 300 ml bottles. I had to pay the same price for it.

The hotel location, gardens, beach and staff are amazing. Food was good. It is very big but feels cozy with little corners to go sit everywhere.

It needs repairs.. in my first room the air conditioning didn’t work, so I moved. In the second room the phone and safe didn’t work.

They need to clean the swimming pool better,and the beach in front of the property is beautiful but rough seas… be careful.

the swimming pool is great for families, and the access to the beach is a walk away. the good things is that this hotel is very close to the airport. The bed is extremely comfortable and room is spacious.

the rooms are outdated. needs more variety on buffets and if you book all inclusive ( non alcoholic drinks) this should be made accessible at all times not just at meals which we thought was unfair.

Location, too far away from the city center.

The pool and the communal areas such as the games area. The breakfast was also very good.

We liked everything but the room could be a bit more modern.

Great location directly at amazing beach. Nice external facilities with views of the beach.

Rooms are old, but clean and a/c works well.

The whole place is amazing. I felt completely comfortable in the room, and outside at the pool too.
