The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is great with awesome local food and delicious pastries.

They had contractors working on the renewal of the convention center. There was a lot of noise during the day, it was impossible to relax in the afternoon. I know it is a temporary issue but it was hard to concentrate on work and other things while in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to my conference venue which was wonderful. The facilities were clean and the restaurant was convenient.

One of the staff, Val, very helpful and ready to sort any type of issues. Bed was very comfortable.

Property needs more attention, for rooms seem not being update in a while. Bathroom grouting was black, inside bed lamps completely full of dust, electrical plugs old so, you need adaptor. Gym had old equipments and need more cleaning daily, restaurant expensive and food and service wasn’t good.

location was ok but staff was really rude! except for the ladies in the reception. the guy working at the front desk in the afternoon has not idea on how to treat people. I had a business partner coming to the hotel for a quick visit and he told me in a very rude way that he was not allowed to come see me and that he would charge me extra for that. he was going to charge me extra for me to have somebody to come for a 10 minutes meeting. I actually would understand hotel rules and would even pay for that if me and my business partner were treated right. very bad customer service! not coming back!

Told me that breakfast was for free and then charged me for it. Breakfast was lousy btw. Generally not mercure standard
