The room was super big and really nice. We were able to enjoy the gym and the view on the top floor. The staff was really nice. Our cleaning lady (Josiane)was especially attentive to our needs and made sure to clean the room while we were just stepping out for an hour, and brought us some items we needed and asked for which made our life much easier.

There was no room service (food) and the hotel restaurant only serves breakfast, not lunch or dinner (dinner or supper would be most important, as not having this requires either going out at night to find a place or ordering from fast food places, some of which are questionable). I was disappointed that there was no place to have a meeting (their "business center” was very small, had a few computers, and no space for others to sit and converse. Also, checking out (and in) took too long.

The location, breakfast, staff, facilities (the room was large, nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable), etc. were all good to excellent. (NOTE: photos submitted were taken from the top of the hotel).

I liked everything except 1) Only breakfast is offered. There is no room service (food) and they do not serve lunch or supper; and 2) no meeting room is available. I met with my colleagues by the pool, which worked very well because hardly any people were there at the time.

We stayed a few days and the scrambled eggs had shells every morning. We kept getting crunchy bites. Every morning. THAT needs to improve. I wish they could provide something to heat water. Nothing is available after breakfast and we couldn't even get warm water for medication or tea. Maybe one microwave for warm water in a public place? That would be thoughtful~

Large room, well equipped. Our room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and good linen. Very good aircon. Very good bathroom. Excellent breakfast in a nice room. Nice roof-top- terrace.

Windows can not be opened, which was a big drawback for us. We were told that no room in this hotel has windows to be opened. Poor lighting in the room. Apart from the bathroom, there was only one bedside lamp and one desk lamp. WiFi did not work during our 3-night-stay.

The pool and gym are not equipped with towels nor chaise loungers. There is no food nor drink service/bar on that level. Pool is also small for the property

i have been staying here since 2016. it is one of my favorite hotels in Salvador. personalized treatment, understated elegance and extremely good value. special mention to Rodrigo at the reception.

noisy air conditioners, plugs that need maintenance, and scrambled eggs that should be an embarrassment to the hotel

The location of this hotel in Salvador is great, the rooms are big and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast was good also. I would definitely stay at this property again!
