Very clean, very well equipped, super safe apartment complex.

The checkin process was extremely complicated, got stuck outside the house for a long time because the security checks were difficult to complete and nobody spoke English to help. This was in spite of completing all the arduous paperwork and face registration and identification in advance as requested. This should really be made more accessible for guests!!

Modern and very comfortable.

Shower water does not go down the drain easily and creates a pool during the shower, Knowing that many people use the shower before me made me bit uncomfortable. I’m posting this feed back because I really enjoyed staying and I hope can help you with this feedback! Thank you very much for having me. Definitely I will be back

The building is beautiful, and the swimming pool is quite nice. The location in Vila Madalena, close to the metro. The rooms are small but good for just short stays.

When we arrive to the apartment it smelled badly and the toilet was clogged and dirty.

You get exactly what you see. The view and the location are great, pool amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable! I would deff come back and recommend.

Clean and nice staff

The little apartment was nice and comfortable. It was nice having some greenery outside the window. It was a pleasant little place to come back to and hang out in. It's a quiet area. I felt fine walking around the area. It is about 8 minutes walk from the metro and about 10 minutes in the other direction to the central part of Magdalena where there are places to eat and things going on. I liked the roof terrace and small pool with a view.

There was no curtain or blind on the window, a big window which takes up the whole of one wall, so there was no privacy and no darkness for sleeping. I reported it and was told someone would come fix one, but they never did. I also saw on reviews that a previous person had said the same, so I guess they don't really plan to fix it. I had trouble getting the cooker and microwave to work. Instructions for those weren't included in the online info so I had to search online for manuals which were in Portuguese. I never got the microwave to work and I got the cooker to work once but could not get it to unlock the second time. I asked for help via the Charlie Online system, but they weren't able to say anything helpful. There was a water filter but it had a red light showing the filter needed changing. When I asked if it could be changed they said they would but didn't.The Charlie WhatsApp system is also pretty annoying. Seems to be partly automated partly bank workers, they send a large amount of messages, ask you to rate every single interaction, and in my case didn't actually help. There was no early check-in or luggage leaving facility.
