I"ve stayed here before and will stay again. Great food, free drink at check in, amazing international and diverse vibe, yoga class at the rooftop on Saturdays, co working space!

I chose a shared bathroom room - 2nd floor. The bathroom closest to my room was locked. I asked someone and they said it was on maintenance. I asked someone else and they said it os not usually open, only if there is a problem with the other one. One bathroom for several rooms is too little. WHAT IF two people need to shower at the same time? What if two people need to do number 1 or 2 at the same time? The staff is super friendly, diverse and young. However when I checked in, a new guy was at the reception. He gave me incorrect information about the restaurant opening hours. Because of that I didn't have dinner. And he forgot to collect payment at check in. Training staff should be accompanied

The location was excellent. Amazing food options all around. The amenities like the laundry service, cafe/bar, event space, tiny food shop, and outdoor sitting area were all thoughtfully planned. The staff was truly helpful. The entrance is open 24/7 and was easy to get to my room. I made some truly cool friends downstairs in the cafe area.

The music and people from the bar disturbed my sleep for a few nights. Earplugs work 80%. The sound levels depend on the events they have and how close you are to the bar. It was the only problem I had.

-it is VERY noisy at night from the bars below - our bed sheets were all covered in stains and dirt. The kind receptionist came to change them (as housekeeping never turned up to do it) and was shocked and very apologetic about the state of them -we were never told about the facilities - we only realised on our last day that there was a communal kitchen. Such a shame.

Location is amazing in the heart of Vila Madalena: greatest neighbourhood to be at. Great restaurant. Selina staff, especially Will and Lio who were amazing and very helpful. They made the difference.

It can be noisy but it is Sao Paulo, a vibrant city that never sleeps!!

The workers, hosts are beyond friendly and helpful, they really make you feel welcome. The view from my room was great, the hostel had cinema and library room which is nice.

Limited pots and pans, many without handles, and the second stove in the kitchen wasn’t working on the 5th floor, creating a queue for appliances.

Toilet paper of the shared bathroom ended, i told about it the front desk and, unfortunatelly, it took more than 24 hs to be put a new one, which is unacceptable. so i had to buy a new one in a shop and bring it with me to use it. It would be nice to have 2 bathrooms and 2 showers, instead of only 1.

Everything is perfect! The building is so pretty, the area gorgeous and safe! The staff are super friendly and really care about making your stay comfy. I’m definitely coming back 🥺

I liked everything!

staff were nice and helpful, we stayed an extra night and they were very accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable - we had a shared bathroom which was also very clean.

we used the laundry service and our clothes came back in bad condition and dirty, like they were just rinsed. some with marks and stains which we can’t get out.

Good location. Clean. Cinema room available. Comfortable for working. Nice showers.

Kitchen could have a kettle or boiler, and more silverware. Lockers in dorms are uncomfortable but functional. Cinema room does not have any platform available.

10/10 location, staff were helpful
